Round Two (2)

The two fighters joined on the stage after their match was announced.

Jade and Cain positioned themselves, eagerly awaiting the referee's signal to start the duel.

The referee looked at both, making sure they were ready, " The duel begins in 3...2...1..., Now".

As soon as the signal was given both started their attacks. While Cain charged towards Jade, she used plant magic to control him.

As a plant mage, Jade used roots to trap Cain's legs, which he deftly escaped from but that made his charge stop.

Taking the distraction as an advantage, Jade lashed out vines at Cain, making him cry in pain. These vines weren't normal, there were tiny thorns on the surface of them.

Even normal vines would cause too much pain when they get hit by them. With thorns on them, Cain suffered a lot.
