World Opinion and Joker's escape with Harley

After 1 month...

Vishal spent time in office and also with Carla after office. They used to go to different places, have some TV time, go to movies etc. While he was enjoying the life, the world has different opinions on Vigilante.

The government condemned the actions of Vigilante because he not only killed criminals while they were present but him exposing the truth of Amazonian gods and avenging the people caused public opinion to view him in positive light even after this much time.

The Ministry of Interior said this in an interview "The vigilante has evaded the law and caused death time and time again. The Ministry of Interior has setup a special task force to catch this murderous criminal. I ask the citizens of the country to not put blind faith in the criminals like Vigilante."

Even the president himself came out and said "We assure all the citizens of the country that government is there for you. To make sure that another criminal like Vigilante doesn't occur and to make sure the safety of the people of this country we have estabilished a separate wing called "Crime Eradicator Unit" to address the crimes in cities.

I know that we were unable to address the problems in cities like Gotham and Bludhaven due to the lack of manpower but we promise you we didn't have any ill will towards the cities."

Batman's spine was broken so he was resting in the manor to recover his vigor while Dick, Tim patrolled Gotham.

Superman was affected by Kryptonite and had to be put in a healing chamber to cure the poisoning in his body.

WW's skull healed with the help of magicians of the league and she went to Thermyscira to clean up the mess her mother created while Hippolyta is recovering her health in a cell. Antiope took charge and was helping recovering her people.

Jonn negotiated with government and kept the league working properly in absence of core members. Vigilante anonymously sent a tip to him that they can find the body of Heat Wave deep inside the Atlantic ocean. With help of other members they retreived the body and found that the guy died of suffocation in water.

The voice of the 80% population who stood with Vigilante. These were some of the opinion gathered by the media.

Maria Holmes: I run an orphanage in Suicide slum for the estranged children. 12 months ago one of the kids named Billy went missing. We informed the Police but even after searching for 3 days they could not find him. During that time one of the villains named Parasite broke out and the Police had to turn their attention to apprehending him. But after apprehending him, they did not show any interest in finding the kid. We have asked them too many times yet the response wasn't good. When Vigilante destroyed the Intergang, many children were found underground and Billy was alive but he was broken mentally so he had to be sent to an asylum. Even though methods of Vigilante maybe wrong but if he didn't show any bravery Billy wouldn't be alive.

Lucas Vander: My wife Judy was caught up in a battle between Superman and Volcano 9 months ago. Superman deflected an attack from Volcano but the attack hit my wife and she burned to death due to that. I petitioned in the court for a death sentence to Volcano but the request was squashed. I thought Justice wouldn't be given to my wife but Vigilante who may be an outlaw did something about it.

Vivienne Zeiss: 2 1/2 years ago, due to the spell launched by amazons I lost not only my father but also my little brother Klein.Me and my mother could not recover from the devastating blow that day. It is only due to the Amarnath company's programs our family was back into track. When I came to know that spell was cast by ancient gods and Vigilante brought justice our father and brother in his own way we cried in happiness. I hope whoever he is "God bless you".

Albert Queener: I am an office worker and I used to have 2 boys and a girl 2 1/2 years ago. Due to the spell I lost my second son and first son went into coma. Our family was drowned in sorrow and we have survived due to the help from Wayne foundation and Amarnath company. No one knew who did it but I express my thanks to Vigilante for bringing out the truth and punishing those cruel gods.

There are several more opinions like this all over the world. Vigilante became a savior and an icon to those who suffered not only under crime but also by the spell.

There are other 20 % who disliked what Vigilante has done. Some of the opinions are:

Garret Humes(Owner of Humes Corporation): Why are the governments encouraging Vigilantism by allowing the superheroes and supervillains to run free. Shouldn't there be a proper diligence process through courts and Police stations. It's time to take a stand against criminals like vigilante who thinks they are above the law.

Elizabeth Hertz (Governor of Philadelphia): I condemn Vigilante's actions on delivering punishment himself to the criminals instead of letting the law perform its duty properly. If things like this go on then there will be anarchy rising in this country someday.

Vishal watched the news and saw several opinions on him. He knew he cannot satisfy everyone and he only came to this world to perform his duty.

"Well your popularity among normal people is high host. Though even among common people, some of them hate you. The governments all over the world have condemned your actions as usual." reported system.

"Jeez thanks. Indirectly you are saying I am an enemy of the governments." sad Vishal.

"That's to be expected. Whenever someone stands up for the weak, they become the enemy for those in higher position or with power." said the system.

"What about the villains and underground community?" asked Vishal.

"They are scared host. They know you are powerful enough to take down the gods now so they are feeling immense amount of threat. They are thinking 10 times before to commit a crime." said the system.

Vishal's lips curled up on hearing the words. He has successfully implanted the fear in the hearts of criminals who commit atrocities.

"Now I can make preparations for my battle against Lobo and some of the female villains. The elections will happen after this month. I already know who is going to win. The opposition will win this time and we already know the president candidate will order his forces to kidnap Clark's parents." Vishal said to system.

"There's no helping it host. The correction meter is 15 % now. The meter reading will increase at a fast rate when you make changes during Injustice. Tomorrow is the day Joker and Harley will escape host." said the system.

"Yeah but isn't it too soon?" asked Vishal.

"The events are going on at a right pace host. Both of them will go underground for an year and then come out and then after 6 months there will be BOOM." said the system.

"You know it's hard to control yourself when you know what's going to happen and have to hold back to stop even more drastic future from occuring." said Vishal clenching his fist.

"I know host. Act quickly during the events and save not only Lois and the baby but also the people of Metropolis." said the system.

Vishal sighed and agreed.

The next day, Midnight 12 O clock...

"The time has come Bats. Our game is long overdue. Hahaha." said Joker.

When a security guard of Arkham opened the small portion of door to put some food, a ball came out with Joker's face on it.The ball released laughing gas causing the guard to fall.

The gas spread all over the asylum and the sprinkler system got activated and the doors got opened as a part of emergency.

Joker came out and from far away cell Harley came out and saw Joker.

"Pudding. It's time for a beautiful vacation." shouted Harley.

"Now, now Harley it wouldn't be right without a parting gift right." said Joker laughing as he made way to the hall ways and threw more balls.

He planted a Joker bomb and escaped the asylum through tunnels and a part of the asylum blew up.

"Hahaha. How's that for my starting act?" asked Joker.

"Oh pudding! You're dazzling as ever." said Harley as they made way to Gotham city and escaped into the sewers. After that they disappeared without trace.

"Joker has escaped to Metropolis host." said the system.

"Keep track of his location and update his movements from time to time." said Vishal.

Batman in the cave hit the bed as he is unable to move and his arch nemesis has escaped from the asylum. "Nightwing, Red Robin and Robin. Did you find any traces of Joker?"

"He is not in the city. We don't know where he has escaped along with Harley." said Nightwing.

"Affirmative. Come back to the cave, we need to have a talk." said Batman as he felt dread and had a bad feeling that something bad is about to happen.
