Chapter 18 You\'re MINE
(Severus' POV)
When Hirre pushed me, I felt her incomparable strength.And I could not deny that her action hurt me. But the things that hurt me the most was the thought that Hirre was still doubting toward me even I did this test to help her.
"Why? Do you still love him!" I asked. She raised her head and stared at me slowly. I saw in her eyes the uncertainties that she still have in her mind.
"N-no. Not even a little." She replied quickly. I knew in her voice, she have something that she wanted to say.
"So let me mark you." I said directly but she just shook her head.
"Not now." She briefly responded which made me to wonder why. "I don't want to have mate for now and I don't want to have a commitment to other." She added.
"But...you ARE my mate." I uttered, hoping that she would accept my mark.
