CHAPTER 33 Sorrows (1)

　　Amelia couldn't believe what she had just heard. Alpha Francis was dead. How did Reagan find out about everything? She thought to herself in bewilderment.

　　Veronica began narrating what she had witnessed at the Blue Moon Pack that day…."So, after His Majesty killed them, Peter was banished together with Emily and her cronies. All of Peter's associates also followed him." She continued, "The pack was then merged with the Dark Shadows Pack," she added dolefully.

　　After her conversation with Veronica, Amelia waited the whole night for Reagan to come when he was done having a meeting with the wolves that arrived with him, but he never did. She finally fell asleep at almost dawn after crying a river. It now registered on her that things were not simply different between them but were somewhat broken. And the worst part was that she had no idea how to fix it.
