She asks for help

The dry leaves rustled softly as she stepped on them. She made her way through the long, thick bushes, her garments fighting a war with that undergrowth.

She wore a hoodie over her face, she did not want anybody to recognize her, and she would make her journey in peace.

The house was just a few meters away, so she hastened get steps. She wanted to see her son again, it had been close to three weeks, and she had not set her eyes on him.

She got to the door, and knocked softly, impatiently waiting for someone to come get the door.

The door opened, revealing him. He was three feet, mine inches, way below her. His golden hair was unmistakable as it glowed softly in the dusk. He looked up at her with his grey eyes, "Mother!"

Her eyes watered, she spread her arms wide open, and he jumped into it.

"Archi," she wrapped him tightly in her arms, her eyes tearing up. She had missed him badly.

"Mother! You came back!"
