Article 9. Media and Information.

Section 1 Media on government. Several years have passed and some of the local towns specially in surigao del sur is still considered as forest Farm land. The freedom of information should be deployed in all of the regions. This way the productivity of such towns must be revealed on public. There are those corrupted officials who sitted on such political throne for several years and still there is no progress. The freedom of expression should given on every region of the philippines.

Section 2. Demands. The government must see to it that those who are living on their jurisdiction is happy enough on their daily living. Such things Is a must for they are living on such place. Death, murder, torture, abuse of authority, hunger, thirst, low level of employment, less park, no cities, no transportation. All of it must be revealed publicly. Every citizen must be ensure that they all are living in a comfortable life. However there are those provinces specially in surigao del sur that most of the civilians were forced to take refuge on other places to find their suitable life.

Second 3. Political Wills Transparency. All elected officials must be subjugated to such condition for they all are serving their citizens. They all are Public Servants, the word Public states it all. There must be transparency on their lifestyle, be personal or not. It should be reveal in media.

Article 10 Jury and Laws.

Section 1. Absolute justice. The government must see to it that all of the citizens be civilians or not are following the laws mandated by the government. They should be strict about it and death is the only penalty for it. Ego of human is a gamblers bandit, such ego will immediately rose to habit and then practices and then its intent and finally his heart will eventually turn to such thing. Such practices must be stop and be disciplined. If such thing continues then the only choice is death. That is absolute justice.

Section 2. Death penalty. Those who are abusive for several years and have a grave and heinous crime where in there are multiple casualty and death must be included in death penalty. Every sins and actions that resulted to death must be given on death penalty. Such blood and genes must be disposed at the very beginning, it is called as total cleansing. The government must not be biased on such thing and they all must deeply laid out strict rule on following their laws and mandates. Afterall it will always reflect on your countries image.

Section 3. Respect of law. He or whoever who disrespect the created law of the government, be Public Servants or civilians must be subjected to absolute justice. Laws and mandates of the government must always be respected.
