Chapter 4: Meeting old friends (2)

Once they were settled, and Zorin was comfortable, they talked about how they met Zorin. The man said, Well first let me start by introducing ourselves. Sorry we didn't do it sooner. Its ok. Said Master. It was an emergency. Ok well my name is Katie. Said the woman. The man said, My name is Kaito. Our little girl's name is Akura. Our last name is Warburton. I knew this place looked familiar. Said Zorin. I remember a little bit. Last time I was here, I was in this condition. I wasn't as bad. I think it had to do with some sort of spell that was cast on me a while back. So the air here is maybe a little too fresh for me. Since you gave me that medicine Kaito, I should be fine. Thanks. Katie, it was good to see you again. Nice to see you again Zorin. Said Katie. I didn't get a chance to thank you that day. So thank you. Zorin's response was, I didn't let you for a reason. There was no need to. What exactly happened to you Katie? Said Kaito. You never told me what happened. Just that he saved you. Ok well. Is it ok If I tell them Zorin? Yeah sure go ahead. Ok. She said, Let's see... I think Zorin was about 5 at the time. I was 10 years old. A village burned down. Wait! Said Mizuki. Sorry to interrupt you. Was it the village in the valley? Why yes. How do you know it? I was a baby, or 1 year old at the time, and a girl named Zania saved me. I remember her well. Then she went on with her story and said, Zorin saw me in trouble. He was mature for a 5 year old. He lifted up a piece of wood I was trapped under. He took me to someone who could help, and left me there. I never saw him again. I don't remember much about the village, but I do remember saving you. I'm glad you ended up ok.

Zorin said, You knew Zania right? Yes I did. She was a caring person until her sister died. So it was her sister after all. Said Mizuki. She tried to fake her own death. Her sister had an incurable disease, so they gave her a fake mark to make it look like Zania's. We never knew what happened to her. Even now. Well. Said Zorin. All we know, is we need to get her out of the place she is in. What you found her? Said Katie. Yes. Zorin did. Said Mizuki. Chloe came over to Zorin, tried to climb his leg saying, ZoZo! He picked her up and said, Well hello Chloe. You having fun with your new friend Akura? She clapped her hands like she was having a ball. She really loves you. Said Kaito. Yeah she does. She's my cousin. For some unknown reason she is attached to me. She has powers. The only time she doesn't use them, is if I'm with her, or she is keeping busy according to Mizuki anyway. Zorin put Chloe down so she can join her friend again.

Can you tell us more about Zania? Said Zorin. Well Zania had some problems growing up. This guy I can't remember his name raised us. He decided he needed to do something to sort out her anger. So he decided to teach her to fight. After fighting awhile, she got used to it. She sparred with people quite a bit. She was an angry child. Your father and uncles were there at the time as well. Your father was in his late 20's at the time. Zenith was in his mid 20's. So I was already 10 or 11 years old at the time. Wait. Where exactly did was I? Oh sorry. It was in the Village of the mountains. I moved there after the fire in the Valley. Zania was getting better. Then she heard of her sister falling ill. Master spoke up and said, I knew I recognized you. Katie Zander? Is that you? Yes you know me? Yes I do. Very well. I was the one who raised you. Yes Zania was a troubled child. She ran away and came back when she found out her sister was ill.

I told myself when I found that person, I would thank him. So thank you. If it wasn't for you, I would have never been the woman I am today. I wouldn't have met my wonderful husband Kaito. Well nothing to it. I'm glad you are well. We should be heading back. We have some business to attend too. Said Master. Oh wait a second. Said Katie What should I call you? You can call me Master like everyone else. If you ever want to come back, you are welcome too. There is plenty of room. Oh Katie, you know about the mark right? Yes I do. Zorin took off his shirt to show her the fully developed mark he had. So this is what a mark looks like fully developed. Actually. Said Zorin. Each mark has a different pattern. The only ones that have it now are me, Master, and Mizuki. Mizuki took his shirt off to show her his undeveloped mark. They both put their shirts back on. Katie said, Well Master, I will think about coming over sometime. We would love to see you. Most of the people there are from the same village you are. Well thank you. Goodbye see you later. Chloe said, Bye Bye to Akura. She said Bye Bye back. They were off.

OK. Said Mizuki. Now that we know a little more about Zania, what should we do? Let's talk about it when we get back. Mizuki, Master, and Zorin took turns holding Chloe. Zorin was the last one to hold her until they came to a tree where they came out of. Zorin handed Chloe to Master, the light happened again, they were back in the cave. Ok I'll hold Chloe again. Said Zorin. They were on their way back to the dojo.

They finally got to the dojo, everyone was exhausted. Zorin said, Oh yeah I'm supposed to call my uncle. Zorin just sat down when he remembered. Chloe got down and found something to play with. Zorin tried to stand but was to exhausted. Why don't you rest a bit. Said Master. Then you can call him. Mizuki got up, helped Zorin to his bed. Zorin laid down and fell asleep almost immediately. Chloe looked tired too. She looked like she was about to fall asleep. Master picked Chloe up, put her in her little playpen, She went to sleep.

1 hour later, Zorin woke up feeling well rested. Chloe was still asleep. Aww. Said Zorin. Poor Chloe fell asleep. He got up, and went out. Hey everyone! Said Zorin. Hey look's like you are well rested. Said Tsuna. Want to spar? Yeah let me make a phone call first. He dialed James number. James? Hey it's Zorin. Oh hey Zorin, what's going on. Is everything ok? OH yeah fine. Chloe is sleeping. Now that school is over, I need to come by sometime and talk to you about something. Yeah sure. Hold on. Your brother has been worried about you, talk to him. He gave the phone to Jason and went to talk with Rose. Hey Jason. What do you mean hey Jason! I haven't heard from you in awhile! I wasn't sure if you were ok or not! Sorry. Hey I'm fine. I'm talking to you now right? Oh hey did you have your graduation yet? No it's tomorrow. Are you going to make it? I'm sure I will. When I get to Ravens I will know. OK well you better, or I will find a way over there and knock you out myself. Yeah yeah. Uncle came over and said, Ok Jason. Let me talk to Zorin. Hey Zorin, will you make his graduation tomorrow. I will try. If I do, we can just meet up there. Yeah sure sounds good. OK well talk to you later uncle bye.

Ok now got that out of the way. Oh Tsuna, wait a second. Be right there. Chloe just woke up. Zo Zo, Zo Zo. I'm right here Chloe. Zuki is going to watch you while I play with Tsuna OK? Chloe clapped her hands and said, Ok. He got her out of the playpen and said, Hey Mizuki? Can you watch Chloe? I told Tsuna I would spar. Want to watch? Yeah sure. I'm sure Chloe would too. Chloe. Said Zorin. Would you like to watch Zo Zo and his friend play?. She clapped and said, Zo Zo. OK it's settled let's go.

They sat on a comfortable bench, Chloe sat on Mizuki's Lap and watched Zorin Closely. OK Tsuna ready? Yes let's do this. They started sparring. At first Tsuna was getting the upper hand, then Chloe was cheering for Zorin. Zo Zo Yay! With that encouragement it turned. Zorin won the fight. It went on for at least 1 hour. Wow Zorin. With a little girls voice, you sure are strong. Yeah I guess. Well I better head back to Raven's. Said Zorin. Actually you don't. Said Master. She called and said you can stay here. She would see you at your brothers graduation. So she is making it after all. OK well want to go again Tsuna? Sure let's go. This time Tsuna won the fight. The boys were so out of breath they had to relax. They got their towel and wiped their faces. Tsuna said, You know, I didn't think anything of you at first. Then you grew on me. They clapped hands, and fist bumped.

That night Chloe was already in bed asleep in her little playpen with her stuffed panda bear. Zorin was wide awake visiting with everyone. Zorin said, Hey guys watch this! He did some tricks he was practicing. He did his hand stand, then back flipped up. Wow pretty cool. Said Tsuna. I can do a hand stand, I just can't flip back like that to get up. Tsuna showed him his handstand, but got down the same way he got up. Ok boys. Zorin should get to bed. He has to be somewhere tomorrow. Yeah Master. I know. Night everyone. Night Zorin. See you later. Said Tsuna. He went to bed, started to think about something and fell asleep.

The next morning Zorin got up and stretched. Mizuki was already awake and dressed. Oh hey Zorin. We gotta leave in an hour to be there on time. OK thanks. Chloe had just woken up. Zorin picked her up, and got her ready. Mizuki watch her a min, while I get ready. Thanks.

Zorin got his stuff on and did his hair his normal way, then it was time to leave. OK guys. See you after the party most likely. Yeah. Tell your brother hi from all of us. Said Tsuna. Yeah I will. Zorin got Chloe in the Van, and they were off.

They finally got where they needed to be at the graduation where friends and family were. Zorin finally found Raven, behind her was James and Rose. The principal said, Ok it's time to announce the graduates. He said random names until he came to Jason's name, Jason Daniels! Chloe clapped her hands and said a new word, JJ. Yay JJ. Jason looked shocked. Then relaxed and smiled. Everyone was happy she had a name for Jason now. Once the graduates were done, the class president came up which was Mystery. She said a meaningful speech, then everyone threw their hats and picked them up. Jason ran over to his brother. I see you finally made it. Yeah I did. Chloe did you just say JJ? Chloe said, JJ. I guess so. Everyone was so happy. Hey where should we go for the party? Said Zorin. Oh the party is at James house. He said you needed to talk to him about something. OH Yeah I forgot I do. So Mizuki, Zorin, and Chloe got in the Van and followed James to his house.

The house was a little crowded. Mystery's family was there. Oh hey uncle, I have something important to tell you. Can Me and Mizuki see you a min? Yeah sure let's go outside. It's a nice day. OK sure let's go. So they sat on the bench and Zorin said, I want to stay with Mizuki. I might need to help with Chloe sometimes, so I don't see how that would work. Well I have an Idea. Said Mizuki. How about we leave Chloe with James, Rose, and Jason for a week. We will stay close by in a hotel Just to see how it works out. If there are no problems then great. If there are, we can deal. Ok well sounds good. Said James. Yeah it does. They went back inside, ate dinner and had some cake.

Oh Mizuki. I forgot we have to be somewhere tomorrow. Oh that's right. We have that thing we can't miss. Maybe Master can stay here just in case. Let me call him. Said Mizuki. He called Master and said, Hey Master. It's Mizuki. We decided to stay here for a week to see how Chloe would act towards her parents without Zorin. Then we remembered we had something going on tomorrow. Could you come by and stay the night here while we go back home tonight? Yeah sure be right there.

Ok good. So he should be here in about 2 hours. Then when the party is over, we will head back to the dojo and go over the plan. Ok yeah sounds good. The party went great. Everyone got caught up about things going on. The party ended, and everyone headed home except for Zorin and Mizuki. OK James. Said Mizuki. I won't be here tomorrow for a bit. Master will be here, he can take pretty hard powers. I mean look at Zorin. He was able to help him. James chuckled and said, Yeah I guess your right. Hey what's that supposed to mean Mizuki? Mizuki chuckled then everyone else did too including himself. Ok Master should be here any min. Zorin picked Chloe up and said, Zo Zo has to go. Bye Bye for awhile Ok? JJ, Mommy, Daddy, and Grandpa will be here. I will be back when I am done ok? Chloe said Zo Zo. Gave him a hug. I love you too Chloe. Damn! Said Zorin. I thought I was over this. OK Chloe. I gotta go now, Master is here Ok? OK bye bye Zo Zo. Bye Chloe see you later. OK. They went out to Mizuki's Van and saw Master. Told him what they told everyone there, and got the gist of it. Ok let's hope everything goes well with Chloe and your business. Said Master. Yeah thanks. See you soon. Then Mizuki and Zorin left for the dojo.
