POV: Ráel

I watch from atop a cliff the events slowly unfold infront of me the descend of Arthur Virion and Aldir the discussion between them and the provocation of those Creaturs.

I felt Arthur release his mana as I decided to inspect him as I activated my demonic eyes seeing everything around me in different colors I focused my attention back on Arthur

I see now I understand I thought as I saw how strangely the mana was dancing around him as if welcoming his every use, it felt delightfull just being used by Arthur.

Interesting he has grown quite powerful but not yet near strong enough to pose a challenge to me I said as I focused my gaze next on the old Asura Aldir he probably felt something amiss but could not pinpoint what exactly was that as he raised his eyebrows in surprise and wonder.

It should be fun fighting him I thought to my self he should make me go all out I thought excited of the idea of getting stronger and facing more formidable foes.

"Am I becoming a battle maniac?" I asked my self intrigued by the idea.

Should I make an entrance that guys smug face just irritates me so should I take care of him and give a little message to that Agrona.

And just as Aldir put a hand on Arthur's shoulder to stop him for taking action, igniting my hands in purple black flame I propel my way toward the Retainer at break neck speed and punch him in the face as the impact of the punch crests a sonic boom and makes the retainer fly away like the bug he is.

I land on the platform calmly as I look around me seeing the shocked faces of everyone present even that old Asura didn't expect this.

"Yo, long time no see Arthur" I waved my hand at him, as that seems to wake everyone up from their shocked state.

In the distance I heard a loud scream as Uto made its way towards me screaming

"I'm going to kill you, I'm going to kill you" repeatedly

He swung his hand as black spikes appeared beneath me but I easly dodge the attack.

"So this is what u are capable of, ehh creating shadow spikes out of thin air" I said at loud, as i continued to dodge his attempts to kill my easly while strangely enough the other retainer wasn't attacking me suspicious if I rember right he was the student of Seris that's why he doesn't attack.

After a few seconded Uto was Visible to everyone on the platform as half of his face was burned down as you could see sparks of purple flame lingering on the mash of grey flesh melting down.

He seems to have lost all reason as he continues to scream I'm going to kill you over and over again, well let's have some fun shall we I thought.

I coat my self with mana as I dash towards Uto side stepping his attacks and arriving in front of him as I send a punch at his gut surprisingly he was able to materialise the black spikes just before my punch made contact with his body.

Since I didn't actively use mana my punch contained only pure physical power so the punch was only able to shatter the spike but not do much damage to Uto himself.

He jumped back taking distance from me as he let out a beastly scream and started to use even more corrupted mana.

Creating hundreds of spikes all around me launching them at me, out of curiosity I decided to coat my self in a flaming aura made of black purple flame my signature flames.

I wanted to see if they could piercer through my mana coated body

Seeing as the spikes made their way towards my I didn't do much just increase the amount of mana I put on my flames to make them hotter and more durable

The moment the spikes made contact with the fire the corrupted mana started to fight back as it slowly started to corrode my flames but with a burst of power my flames as if being a holy flame to purify everything evil and corrupt in this world started to burn and turn the spikes to ashes.

I gave Uto a daunting smirk as I appeared before him and gently slapped his face as I said " come on big guy you can do better then this" that's seems to do the work.

POV: 3RD PERSON

The slap was followed by a deathly silence as no one expected this turn of events

As he started to get more enraged Uto screamed at Ráel "Damn you lesser I will make you pay for this how dear a mere lesser like you humiliate the greate me"

The power output of Uto started to increase as his spikes became more solid and dense this level of power was making Virion anxious of the future to come even more everyone wonder who this youth was.

He came out of nowhere and is toying with the enemy like it's just a game from him.

The more Virion thought about it the more confused he got trying to inspect the youth he got nothing in return but just a smirk from the young man as if to say don't try it next time old man.

Turing his head around Virion thought of the first moment he appeared he seems to know who Arthur is so, searching for answers from Arthur he got just a shake of the head from Arthur.

Aldir was lost in thoughts observing this one sided beating and wondering who this lesser was to hold such high level of power and not be discovered by the Asuras he had to report this to Lord Indrath as soon as possible.

"Tell me big guy was it fun torturing you enemies "Ráel asked with a cold smirk as he took the sword from his back and started to cut through the spikes of Uto as if it was nothing.

"How about you change roles for once, and be on the receiving end oh so mighty retainer" Ràel said as he lifted two of his fingers and in a downwards motion gravity came crashing on Uto the gravitional force was so strong that cracks started to appear all around the platform.

Uto lay there on the ground screaming that how could a lesser do this.

"Look even your own comrade isn't helping you truly pathetic" Ráel said amusingly while shaking his head as if he was dissatisfied.

Ráel made its way towards Uto step after step leisurely taking his time as with each step he applied more gravity.

Uto tried to retaliate by sending black spikes using all of his remaining mana as a last resort.

But Ráel didn't stop as he continued making his way toward Uto a smirk grew on his face as with a swipe of his hand a wave of purple black fire was released as it burnt the spike to ashes.

"Lets see where should I start" murmured Ráel out loud as he swung his sword as he chopped on of Utos leg.

"Aghhh, damn you do you think I will beg you for mercy" said Uto as he started to laugh crazily.

"Doesn't matter if you beg me or not,I am just going to send a message to ur God or whatever u call that piece of shit"Replied Ráel as he proceeded to cut every limb of Uto without mercy as the blood splattered everywhere.

Next he continiued to cut his horns while slowly burning Utos eyes without mercy.

The only thing heard during this experience where the screams and crazy laughter from the retainer known as Uto until they turned into muffled screams as he was bleeding everywhere.

Ràel moved his hand as the sword pierced right where his core should have been as with one last swipe threw away the half dead Uto infront of the other retainer and whisper those words.

"Go on beg your God to heal you lets see how mighty he is"

The spectators were all left speechless at the events unfolding befor them but yet no one had the courage to tell the youth stop as if afraid they would irritate him and cause damage to themselves.

POV:Ráel

"Go on beg your God to heal you lets see how mighty he is" I whispered those words I didn't kill him on purpose to see if he comes back I already killed Nico or Elijah, Argona won't let those mistake slide after all Nico is a important part of his plan to bad he is already dead.

I want to see if the future will change or the events of the story will come to befall Arthur

After all Arthur shattering his core and teleporting to the first relic tomb is important to me as I need to track the exact location so I can go there my self if not I will have to brute force my way through until the other continent and then hide my presence and enter a relic tomb.

I turn my attention back to the people present as the retainers are retreating while it's just me Arthur, Virion and Aldir.

No one said a word until I felt something between my hands seeing the little white fox jump up my arms and on my shoulder.

I chuckled slightly as I gently pat its head"You want more mana cores" I asked teasingly as she instinctively nodded her head while realising what she did she shook her head as I heard Arthur laugh.

"Long time no see, I see that you have grown stronger Arthur" I said nonchalantly.

Arthur let out a sigh as he greeted me back"Yeah long time no see Ráel"

"Do you mind if I come back with you all to the castle" I ask curiously not expecting a positiv respond, but to my surprise the Asura responded.

"Yeah, you are welcomed to come with us and if you don't mind answering a few questions of mine"

So he allows me to go with them so he can interrogate me and have me under watch I thought to my self but outwards I responded with a simple " sure it's fine by me."

Worst case scenario I will have to escape with some,injuries nothing that my regeneration can't take care of so it's okay plus staying all this time on beast glades isn't healthy for my poor mind I thought sarcastically to my self.

On the way to the flying castle I made small talk with Arthur as the two old gentleman wouldn't stop taking glances at me as if wondering when I will attack them.

After arriving at the castle.

As I heard the discussion between Arthur, Virion and Aldir about the important meeting involving every important person.

Virion turned to me and asked me if I would like to join so I said sure without delayand after finding accommodation for my self I decided to excuse my self as I wanted to take a much needed bath.

Letting the water flow down my skin and relaxing my mind for a moment I closed my eyes and enjoyed the refreshing feeling of the shower.
