Subtle Awakening (1)
When Logan opened his eyes, he saw himself standing in a bright room. Every light in the room was focused on him as he heard people yelling his name. At first, he thought they were concerned for him, but soon realized that wasn't the case.
This... isn't Tartarus.
As the lights faded away, Logan realized where he was standing. It was the courtroom where he got sentenced to life imprisonment in Tartarus. But why was he there?
"He's a killer!" someone shouted.
Logan turned to look at the person and saw plenty of familiar faces. His family, his friends, and everyone he had ever trusted were there. But they weren't there to support him.
They eyes were filled with rage as they continued to shout and point at him. He thought he was special to them, but at that moment, all of them looked like they hated him to their core.
"He assaulted me!" another voice rang out.
"He beat me up for no reason!" someone else accused.
