Mysterious Enemy

It has been four hours since the Egg of Disaster hatched. However, there's one thing that was bugging me.

"... The Void Beast isn't moving?"

I had Ember keep watch over its movement, but ever since it emerged, it stayed rooted on the spot, not moving a single muscle, as if it were dead or asleep.

"Is it waiting for something?"

That was the only thing I could think of. After all, its eyes looked crazy enough already. There's no way it would stay put and not go around killing everything it set its eyes upon.

Somehow, rather than being thankful that it was staying put, I felt more pressure.

When will it move? Can we even stop it?

Anyway, rather than thinking about that, we should do our best to prepare our defenses.

"And to do that, first, is our task of fixing the barrier between the real world and the Otherside!"
