Frost prince, bloodlines

Some weeks have passed and I notice Nina getting late to home each day. I asked her if anything was wrong and she just told me that there were some unexpected incidents that took some manpower. And as such, more paperwork for Nina. She is working super hard so I asked her if I could help her in any way. She said

- It's work that you aren't good at. The delays in shipping schedules are something that you can't handle.

- Well, I'm glad to hear that you surpassed me in some way, but are you sure if there isn't anything I can do?

- *Sigh* If you really want to help, go and talk to that troublemaker demon that keeps the ocean frozen as he walks.

- Demon freezing the ocean? You mean the demon from Ikujää?

- Yes. He doesn't seem interested in talking to anyone unworthy of his time. Maybe you can do something but I'm a bit worried he might freeze you to death.

- I'm going to ask Lex for some advice.

- If you manage to solve this issue, then thanks.

While we do use teleportation when moving things from place to place, we do still use cargo ships to certain places. It is apparently quite costly to make and use teleportation devices that can teleport so much cargo in a short time.

I go and see Lex and see what he has to say.

- So Lex. About your brother's grandkid.

- Which one.

- Well, I haven't heard its name, but it's the demon from Ikujää.

- Oh that one. Yeah, what about it?

- I need to make him stop making the ocean frozen constantly so that the cargo ships don't have to reroute any more than they do now.

And so we were teleported on an ice platform in the middle of the ocean. I saw the man in question from a distance, but I still felt cold from here. I was sure he was going to hit me, so I was prepared.

Then he jumped and landed right on top of me with his fist. I dodged it and then all I could hear was a voice telling me.

- Coward!

- What did you say?!

- Only a coward dodges a hit!

- You want me to prove that I ain't some coward!?

- If you don't want to lose my interest!

- Well then, let's go to a fist battle!

And so we started throwing fists. I could feel the disinterest from Lex and even heard him muttering "barbarians". I couldn't comment on that since I was busy fighting with this demon.

He was a bit slower than me, but his hits were something that even I couldn't throw with my fists alone. But I must say that he has no training in martial arts and he is just throwing fists as he pleases. I shouted while we were fighting.

- Can I enhance my body with magic?!

- Whatever you can! Throw them all to me!

And so I enhanced my body and the victory was close at hand. He then does something to his hands that make them large ice hammerheads. I managed to break them easily and soon I managed to land a solid hit on his stomach. He then fell to his knees and spouted some blood from his mouth.

- Oh… You are good.

- Not as good as your grandfather.

- You… know my grandfather?

- If you are the person I think you are, then yes.

- So you know Sa'at.

- Wait, Sa'at is your grandfather? I thought you were just his son.

- No… That was my mom and dad.

He does so and we then leave with Lex. In Lex's house, we start talking some more. I came to realize that this man doesn't have any other name than his race nibh. He and his parent's just called each other father, mother and son. His parents seem to be dead and this man doesn't seem to care much about them. He seems to think that the only thing that matters is might. Next me and Lex have to make a report about him.

In terms of looks, he only wears rags around his body that is as white as snow. He has one horn on his left side with no other horn ever being on the right. His eyes are only dark in pupils but the rest of them are white. He has a tail that's about two arms length and it is smooth as skin. His nails are a bit light blue and sharp like a beast.

As for what he will do now. He will says.

- I only follow the strong, rest is not important.

- Then what does that mean?

- I will follow you around in search of stronger opponents.

- Just be sure to not freeze an entire city.

Lex calls people to get him some clothes.

Lex answers.

- There is also rae, which means hail of the hailstorm in witch tongue.

- Then I take that as well.

- Then your name shall be Rae Gelu Diaboli.

- So that's what people will call me. I feel excited.

- Well good for you Gelu. Or would you want Rae to be what I call you in short.

- I don't mind either. Whichever is good for you.

- I myself find Gelu more sophisticated.

- Just do your usual duties. When you find time then teach Rae.

We start walking towards our rooms, but then Nina says.

And so we both went to bed.

Couple of weeks have passed and Rae has become more accustomed to everyday life here. He is still a bit rough to handle, but we have managed it with it to this point. He seems to be of the opinion that most people are too weak and should train more, but we clarified that the world needs all kinds of people. He has even learned some new techniques from Rey, who seems quite proud of his progress.

Today I will visit Teno since it's been quite some time. She doesn't really care that I need to visit, but Quetzalcoatl has demanded some time with both of us.

After getting to her place, which is still the old temple, we waited for Quetzalcoatl to come and see us. It took an unusual amount of time, so Teno got a bit more irritated and started speaking to me.

- I still have to meet with you? Unbelievable.

- I'm kind of surprised that you haven't found someone who you could actually love given all the time that has passed.

- No one isn't up to my standards.

- What are your standards then?

- Someone who shares my divine blood.

- So you are referring to incest.

- It could be someone from a branch family. They'd still need to carry the blood though.

- But the only ones who can share your divine blood are our kids.

We hear a familiar voice coming from outside.

We see a man that has some modern clothes on him. Actually, looking closer, he has more casual clothes than I would have expected someone coming to greet Teno.

??: What are you two looking at?

Tenothtik: And who are you?

??: What?! My own flesh and blood doesn't recognise me?! Have I truly changed my appearance that much?! I'm pretty sure I still have the same humanoid face I always wear!

Tenothtik: Wait. Are you the great feathered serpent?

Quetzalcoatl: Of course! Who else could I be?!

Tenothtik: My… My apologies to your highness!

Quetzalcoatl: Don't!... Ahem… Don't worry about it too much. I'm the guardian of Teteocan. I am forgiving. Yes. Very forgiving.

Nor: I'm sorry as well. Your casual clothes make you look like a completely different person.

Quetzalcoatl: I see. So Lóng's magic items are really working.

Quetzalcoatl: Yes. Lóng gave me these clothes and told me that no one would know it was me like it was magic.

Nor: So you are wearing normal clothes.

Nor: I think that it has to do with no one expecting the great feathered serpent wearing such casual clothes.

I look at Teno.

Tenothtik: I think they are all fine.

Quetzalcoatl: Good. That's good to hear. And how are things between you two?

Quetzalcoatl: It does. The stronger blood always dominates the weaker blood and thus, it will change it to the likes of stronger blood. My blood is coursing through your veins and it dominates the human blood that Nor holds. Thus his blood has changed to be your blood relative.

Nor: Wait wait wait wait. So are you telling me that I am no longer a human?

Quetzalcoatl: In terms of your blood, yes. Your body still resembles a human, but you are most definitely my kin since that ritual.

Nor: Wait. So does that mean I'm no longer Nina's father?

Quetzalcoatl: Your human blood runs through her veins. So while you were once her father, you currently are and aren't her father.

Nor: That's… Just absurd.

Quetzalcoatl: …

Nor: Why didn't you tell me this any sooner!?

Quetzalcoatl: I thought that it was obvious.

Quetzalcoatl: You played the role of her father all this time. So why not continue to do so. I honestly don't understand what is so weird in all of this. You only changed your blood.

Nor: But I thought that that was impossible.

Quetzalcoatl: Through blood covenant it isn't. Well normally you'd only need to drink the other person's blood and my blessing and you'd be good to go. But you will have a hard time changing back to human. It's a game of chance if you want to change back. But then the covenant you made with my priest would be nulled so I won't allow it. Perhaps some other technique would work.

Nor: How… How am I supposed to handle this?

Quetzalcoatl: Just act like you have before. Honestly, what do you find so difficult about this?

Nor: It's just… too absurd.

Quetzalcoatl: Well welcome to life.

Nor: You have been quite quiet for a while, Teno. What are you thinking?

Teno smiles and says.

Tenothtik: I think that this is wonderful news.

Nor: You do?

Tenothtik: Of course. Now my offspring don't have human blood running through their veins. And now I feel like I don't hurt myself by being near you.

Nor: So you did before.

Tenothtik: Though I feel ashamed to not have noticed this fact earlier, I'm glad that it happened.

Nor: So what will become of the two of us?

Tenothtik: Feel free to visit me anytime you like.

So this really was about blood relations. So wait, does this mean that her incest kink is now active?

Teno gets closer to me.

Tenothtik: What's wrong? You seem worried all of a sudden.

Nor: Don't you hate my guts?

She wrapped herself around my arm as she said.

Quetzalcoatl: I think I will pass on that this time. You two continue yourselves.

What do you mean "this time"?! And as I was thinking this, Teno started taking off her clothes and soon mine. I tried to stop this, but she casted some spell on me and after that I couldn't resist. At least this time she was happy doing it.

And so I returned home defeated. As I passed Rey in the entrance, she commented.

- Congratulations on another round with women. I do recommend you take a shower though.

- Noted. Please don't tell Nina.

- I'm afraid it's too late.

I look and see Nina in the corner of my eye. She then quickly turns around and goes back to her room while not caring for what she was going to do after leaving her room.

I then hear Rae shouting from a distance.

- Great work boss! As I would expect from someone as strong as my boss!

I then go and take a shower and go to bed to think about what led to all of this. And after getting to bed I realize that I will also need to tell others about this. But now I just want to lie down.
