Barrier

As strong gusts of wind blew in the area close to the Hokage monument, a dark shadow flew high into the air. Hiroki saw this and teleported on top of Kurowashi while he laughed.

"Nice entry, Kurowashi."

"What is happening here, kid? Why are there snakes and toads fighting as well?"

Kurowashi saw many shining fighting and saw the toads and snakes clashing against one another.

"It's an attack from two villages trying to destroy Konoha as they are temporary allies. Anyways, I summoned you so that you could help us defend Konoha and it's shinobi." Hiroki explained calmly and then leapt off from Kurowashi's back while he dove down.

Kurowashi seeing Hiroki jump, just continued soaring and didn't go after him as he knew they teenager wouldn't even get a scratch from the fall, but he was still wondering why he did that.

"If there's a battle this size, why aren't you going to join it?"

Hiroki landed on top of the Hokage building and then looked up as he answered Kurowashi.

"Who said I'm not joining? There are a few clones of mine helping people out to evacuate and fighting against the enemies."

"I can clearly sense that through your chakra signal, but where are you, the original you going?"

Hiroki then pointed to a roof top not too far away from him. There was a big purple and squared barrier on top of it as only two people fought inside. On the outside of the barrier, they could see many Anbu as they tried going inside, but failed with each attempt.

"I'm going there. The old man is fighting against Orochimaru inside that barrier and I know that if I don't go and intervene, the old man will die. That's not the only reason though. Anyways, kill as many snakes as you can and help out shinobi fight against the enemies after that. You can go back after that."

"Hmph, alright." Kurowashi then flapped his wings once and was already diving towards the large snakes that the Ino-Shika-Cho trio were fighting against as his talons pierced the snake and dragged it high in the air with another flap of his wings. Kurowashi then dived down with twice the speed and let go of the snake. Once the snake hit the ground, dark red mist rose in the area as blood rained down, painting every building and shinobi that were nearby.

Hiroki seeing this, could only smirk and shake his head.

"Haha. He's ruthless."

Hiroki then turned back towards Hiruzen and Orochimaru and saw the two began talking.

"Better hurry and make my way inside that barrier." When he started leaping on the roof tops on his way, he received a message from Hamutowashi.

"Hiroki-sama, the message has been delivered to Jiraiya. What do you wish me to do next?" The bald eagle asked telepathically.

"You can probably feel a strong chakra signal coming from a forest not too far away from here. That's where Naruto, Sasuke, Sakura and Shikamaru are. Look for the blond boy with orange clothes. Just keep an eye on him and his group and send me some messages as time goes on. If you see that he's in mortal danger, warn me instantly." Hiroki commanded.

"Hai, Hiroki-sama." After that, their telepathic connection was cut off.

Hiroki continued jumping through the roofs as he made his way towards Hiruzen's and Orochimaru's battle. When he was about fifty meters away, unspotted by the Anbu around the barrier, he threw a kunai at the barrier. As the kunai was about to hit the barrier, Hiroki's eyes flashed red as he activated his mangekyo sharingan. Since his mangekyo could control space and time to a certain extent, he used it's powers to make the kunai phase through the barrier.

"Hiraishin." Hiroki was instantly inside the barrier and before anyone could notice, he made three quick hand seals.

"Kirigakure no Jutsu." A thick mist enshrouded all the four walls of the purple barrier, encasing Hiruzen, Orochimaru and Hiroki inside.

Orochimaru and Hiruzen were still talking as they then saw the mist spread around them. They both thought that the other was behind the jutsu, but the questioning look they saw on each other's face, made them rethink that.

"Who's there?" Hiruzen asked as he looked around, but keeping an eye at Orochimaru as well.

As he asked that, Hiruzen and Orochimaru could hear some slow steps coming their way, indicating that there really was a third person inside the barrier. The two that were fighting had the same question inside their heads.

'Who could it be?'

As Hiroki walked calmly towards them, he opened his mouth to answer Hiruzen.

"You don't need to worry, Hokage-sama. It's me." Hiroki then made a single handed seal and the mist cleared inside, but kept stuck to the walls of the barrier. Once the mist cleared, they could finally see Hiroki.

Hiruzen for one, was trying to figure how Hiroki got inside and why and as for Orochimaru, he had a delighted look on his face.

"Hiroki-kun, you came to hand yourself to me?"

Hiroki made a disgusted face as he heard Orochimaru's sentence.

"Eww. Hell no. I don't swing that way. And you should already know from our fight in the Forest of Death that I'm not some genin wet behind the ears."

"Kukuku. I already know that, Hiroki-kun, otherwise you wouldn't be able to have run away from me before putting my cursed seal on you and Sasuke-kun. But I didn't use my full power against you. I only played with you." After Orochimaru finished speaking, he flared his chakra as it made some pressure on their surrounding.

Hiruzen feeling the pressure, became alerted and got in front of Hiroki.

"Hiroki, be careful!"

"It's alright, Hokage-sama. This isn't something that could harm me." Hiroki said as he walked past Hiruzen and went against Orochimaru's pressure as he went towards the snake sanin. Orochimaru had a smirk hanging on his face, but it dropped once Hiroki came closer and closer to him without any difficulty. Once Hiroki came five meters from Orochimaru, he let out his chakra and killing intent towards Orochimaru. The pressure was so strong that the are around them sink in. The roof they were standing began breaking as large cracks formed.

Hiruzen watching on the side, had many questions on his mind and the one that kept repeating itself was: 'How can a thirteen-fourteen year old boy have so much power?'

On the other hand, Orochimaru was feeling this insane pressure and killing intent and started feeling despair and fear for the first time in so many years. This kind of feeling, this dread, he thought that he would never have to feel it again, brought back unwanted memories.

"I'll kill you!"

Orochimaru became like an injured snake that was in a corner and there was no way out and attacked the predator. He then weaved many hand seals and slammed his hands on the ground.

"Kuchiyose: Edo Tensei!"

Three big wooden coffins rose up from the ground as Orochimaru called them forth.

Hiruzen heard the name of the jutsu and saw a wooden coffin coming out, could only grit his teeth.

"Orochimaru, how dare you use this forbidden jutsu!"

Hiruzen was clearly enraged for seeing his sensei's jutsu being used like that. It was a forbidden jutsu for a reason and that reason was that there must be a sacrifice to bring back the dead.

Orochimaru had that confident smirk on his face one more time as the first wooden coffin opened and showed the First Hokage, Hashirama inside it. Hiruzen started sweating coldly as he saw Hashirama inside. The second coffin finished coming up and opened after some time and showed Tobirama inside. This made Hiruzen feel ever more dread as he knew how powerful these two individuals were when they were alive. As the third one came up, Hiruzen had a thought and became frustrated. He hurriedly made hand seals and yelled towards Hiroki.

"Hiroki, we can't let that third coffin come out. We must stop it otherwise there's no way for us to survive and the village will be completely destroyed."

"Kukukuku. It's too late, old man." Orochimaru laughed coldly.

Hiroki on the other hand, kept a calm face all the way. He actually was expecting this from the beginning and he wanted the third coffin to come out so he could see Minato.

He turned towards Hiruzen and activated his mangekyo and placed Hiruzen in a strong genjutsu as he knew that the old man was already weaving hand seals to stop the third coffin. When he turned back to Orochimaru, his sharingan was already back to three tomoes.

Once the third coffin completely rose and opened, a tall man with spiky blonde hair with bangs framing his face stepped out with his sky blue eyes looking around. Once the three of them were out, Orochimaru grabbed three kunais that had talismans tied to the end of each and inserted one on the head of each reanimation. This was so that he could have control over the bodies of the summoned dead.

Once the three gained consciousness of themselves, they looked around with questioning looks. It was then that they saw Hiruzen in a daze. Hiroki then released him from the genjutsu.

"Is that you, Hiruzen?" Tobirama was the first to speak.

"Sensei?!"

"Huh? Is that little Hiruzen?" Hashirama asked.

"Time hasn't been kind to you. Ahahahahaha." Hashirama laughed out loud with some joy.

"Their Hokage. What is going on?" Minato asked as he looked around.

"Was it you who used this forbidden jutsu, Hiruzen?" Tobirama asked and saw Hiruzen shake his head.

Hiruzen then looked at Orochimaru while he had a saddened face.

"It was a disciple of mine. His heart has become corrupt to the point of experimenting on many humans. When I found out, I fought him, but he escaped. He is now back for revenge."

Tobirama, turned towards Hiroki and saw that the boy was too young to be the one that Hiruzen was talking about. He then turned towards Orochimaru and noticed that it was him that summoned the dead back to life. Tobirama flared his chakra and motioned towards Orochimaru, but his chakra died on the next instant along with his momentum.

"Now, now. Let's all behave." Orochimaru had made a hand seal that controlled the reanimated Hokages. The three of them said that they lost control of their bodies.

"Hahahahahaha. You die today old man!"

Hashirama, Tobirama and Minato became ready to fight in the next moment. Minato was the fastest as he pulled out his three pronged kunai and threw it towards Hiruzen, who quickly summoned his adamantine black staff and defended, but Minato instantly appeared where the kunai was and kicked towards Hiruzen. The third Hokage placed the staff in front of him again and readied himself for the impact.

"BAM!"

Hiruzen didn't move from his spot, but heard the sound of impact in front of him. He quickly jumped back with his staff and saw that Hiroki was standing in front of him and Minato stood there. He was wondering what happened in that short moment, but he quickly regained his composure and told Hiroki to get away.

"Hiroki, we are in a dangerous situation. You are not his opponent. Not even I am."

While Hiruzen said those words, Hiroki looked at the three reanimated Hokages in the eye and activated his mangekyo. In the next instant, Minato, Hashirama and Tobirama could finally control their own bodies. Orochimaru feeling that he lost control of their bodies, became startled. He didn't see Hiroki's eyes so he didn't know what happened. Much less would he expect Hiroki to have mangekyo sharingan. He could only think that the talismans were defective, but at the same time, he was sure that they were perfect since he was the one that made them.

Tobirama seeing that he regained the control of his body, was the first one to look at Orochimaru, who could only grit his teeth seeing that he had lost control of the dead he had summoned.

"So this brat is you disciple, Hiruzen? Maybe you should have taught him better otherwise he wouldn't have dared to try to commit this act against his sensei, much less try to attack Konoha."

Hiroki became angry as he heard Tobirama scolding Hiruzen.

"Hmph. Is that so? Then I guess you too are to blame for your disciple's actions."

Tobirama looked at Hiroki while squinting his eyes, trying to figure him out.

"What are you talking about, kid? That's no way for you to talk to your elders."

Hiroki could only chuckle as he heard Tobirama.

"Hahaha. I talk to people depending on the respect I have for them. In your case, I have a abismal amount of respect. Anyways, Danzo should ring a bell, right? Your disciple turned out to be someone 'great.' If you know what I mean."

Hiruzen listening to Hiroki, wondered what the boy was talking about.

"Hiroki, what do you mean by this?"

"Let's leave that for later. I have to deal with Orochimaru first." Hiroki said as he walked towards the snake sanin, who took out his sword, Kusanagi, out from his mouth. When Orochimaru was ready to strike, he saw a scene he would never have expected. Hiroki's sharingan transformed into different chapes. When Orochimaru saw that change, he could only feel even more despair.

"You... How can this be? Mangekyo Sharingan!"

Orochimaru's eyes bulged as he looked at Hiroki's eyes. He then started trembling in fear.

"You said that you weren't using your full power when we fought, right? Now I'll use some similar words. I didn't even use one fifth of my powers against you." Hiroki's voice was not low, but only the Snake sanin heard. His eyes then shone, placing Orochimaru in a strong genjutsu. Inside the genjutsu, Hiroki had placed Orochimaru in an everlasting fire that ate away his skin and flesh, making him dig into his own body and pull away the burning flesh as blood spurted, creating a gruesome scene. When Orochimaru felt that that sensation stopped, he breathed in relief, but everything happened again once more and kept happening over and over again for thousands of times until the him outside of the genjutsu fell on the ground, floundering uncontrollably and passed out. Hiroki had used his mangekyo ability to control time in this torturing genjutsu he created, making suffer endlessly. In truth, Hiroki's genjutsu had lasted for about one minute on the outside. It wasn't anything like Itachi's tsukyomi, but it did the job. He then turned back towards Hiruzen as he deactivated his sharingan and his eyes went back to normal.

"He'll be out for a couple of hours if not a whole day. Anyways, we should get out of this barrier."

Hiruzen seeing Hiroki act as if nothing happened, was greatly shocked. He just saw a teenager make his once student unconscious without any noticeable effort.

"Hiroki, what Orochimaru said, do you really have the mangekyo sharingan?"

Seeing Hiroki nod his head, Hiruzen inhaled some cold air.

"Hmph, you should be careful. All of those that possessed those eyes turned evil." Tobirama said coldly.

Hiroki scoffed hearing Tobirama's words and then looked at him.

"I like your prejudice, but unfortunately for you, not everyone is evil like you think. In truth, I know some people that are much eviler that do not possess these eyes."

"Hiroki, how do you plan to get out of this barrier?" Hiruzen asked. He then noticed Hiroki walking towards the barrier and stretched his right hand. Hiruzen became startled as he tried yelling out.

"No, don't..."

But before he could finish, Hiroki already touched the barrier and the fog surrounding it dispersed and it cracked like glass.

As the barrier cracked and fell apart while turning to dust when touching the ground, Hiruzen was utterly surprised and so was Minato and Tobirama. Not to say the Anbu that were outside of the barrier. The four Oto shinobi that had risen the barrier for Orochimaru, became startled as it was broken apart. They then saw the snake sanin on the ground and jumped towards him, but Hiroki appeared in front of them while his eyes were red and the three tomoes spun wildly.

"Sleep." It was all Hiroki said as the four dropped unconsciously on the roof of the building.

Tori was the first one to arrive in front of Hiruzen as he kneeled.

"Hokage-sama, we're sorry for not being able to help."

"No worries, Tori. How is the situation in Konoha?"

"Our forces have been repelling the enemies. Jiraiya-sama has been in charge of countering the enemies while a huge black eagle has been killing all the summoned snakes."

"A huge black hawk?" Hiruzen had puzzled look on his face. Just then, a loud cry resonated all over the village.

"Kieeeeeeeeeee"

In the next moment, the huge black eagle that Tori talked about, was flying with extreme speed and headed their way. As the hawk stopped, the wind pressure it carried behind it, blew past it and went towards them. Hiruzen, Tobirama, Minato, Tori and all Anbu covered their faces to protect themselves from the wind pressure. Only Hiroki and Hashirama were fine.

"Took you long enough, kid." Kurowashi said as he looked at Hiroki.

Hiroki beamed a smile at the eagle.

"Hehe. You seemed to be having fun, Kuro-san."

"Fun? Hmph. These snakes weren't even enough for me to pass my boredom." What Kurowashi said made Hiroki laugh out loud. Hiroki then turned around as he felt some gazes on him. Everyone looked at him strangely.

"Oh, I never had the chance to introduce you guys. This is Kurowashi. I have a summoning contract with him. And Kurowashi, these are the four Hokages of Konoha."

"Woooo. You have a summoning contract with the eagles of Himitsu no Kiri no Yama? It's so big. Hahahaha." Hashirama quickly arrived in front of Hiroki and stood looking at Kurowashi as his eyes shone.

Just as Hiroki was about to say something, he received a message from Kutowashi

'Hiroki-sama, your friends defeated the other party and are now resting in the forest. The blonde boy has exhausted his chakra and is being protected by four shinobi that seems to be his friends.'

Hiroki thought for some time about why Naruto had exhausted his chakra and quickly asked Kutowashi what had happened. The normal sized eagle told him that Naruto had used a foul chakra that was dark red and it had the form of a one tailed fox.

'So it's started earlier. I guess that it's good in a way.' Hiroki thought to himself. He then asked about the red haired boy and Kutowashi said that he had transformed into the one tailed beast and that Naruto defeated him, but he seemed fine after the fight. Kutowashi also said that one boy and a girl took him away and fled. This made Hiroki sigh in relief.

'Very good, Kutowashi. You can go now. I'll be heading there in just one moment.'

Hiruzen seeing Hiroki not saying anything and stare at nothing, became worried as he asked the boy.

"Hiroki-kun, has something happened?"

Hiroki who just finished the conversation with Kutowashi turned to Hiruzen and answered him.

"Nothing happened. I just got word that my team is alright. Anyways, I want to head there now and get everyone back."

"I see. Hiroki-kun, tomorrow after we check everything that has happened in Konoha, I want you to come to my office for a discussion. Right now I'm going to have my Anbu imprison Orochimaru and the other and interrogate them." Hiruzen stated as he looked at the boy.

Hiroki nodded and then jumped on Kurowashi's back. He then looked at Minato and took some time to speak to him. He wished he would have a nice chat with him, but he knew that this Minato was not his big brother figure in this world. Even though that was the case, someone else would like to see him.

"Yondaime-sama, care to come with me? I'm going to someone that you also would like to see."

Minato looked at Hiroki for some time and then looked at Hiruzen who nodded his head. The blonde then jumped on Kurowashi's back.

"Let's go Kuro-san. Head north." Even before Hiroki could finish, Kurowashi already flapped his wings and in the next instant, they were already flying north in extreme speeds.

"Umm... it's Hiroki, right?" Minato smiled embarrassed as he looked at the boy.

"Yes." Hiroki confirmed with a nod.

"This person you're bringing me to see... Is it...?"

"Hehe. Who else would it be." Hiroki grinned.

As Minato heard Hiroki confirming his doubt, Minato felt extreme joy. He wished he could see his boy and talk to him. He didn't have the opportunity to do so and had to sacrifice himself and his wife not even an hour after his child was born.
