Mission

"Then let me complete your mission as not a hero, nor god but a Villian!"

God smiled at what I just said.

"Why are you smiling like you just expected me to say that. Don't. It annoys me.

"I didn't expect you to say that until you laughed at hero and said you couldn't be a god. Even a baby could figure it out since villain would be the only choice."

"Tch whatever. Can you tell me what mission you said you wanted to give me earlier?"

"Ahh Yes, we derailed off topic there. Well, the mission I wanted to give you is simple.

".... Save the world"

When i heard him say that I was surprised. I mean didn't I just say that I wanted to be a villain.

"I just said I wanted to be a villain. That's a job for a hero."

No, no, listen to what I just said. I want you to save the world. I never said save humanity. There is a huge calamity that will descent upon that world that will not only wipe out the all the humans that reside on that planet but will also swallow that planet and move onto the next and then the next. It is a danger to the Omniverse and since I am an embodiment of the Omniverse, it is a danger to me."

"Aren't you powerful to stop it. I mean you pulled my soul out to meet you here and you are even talking about me having a second life on a different world."

"No, like I said, I'm an embodiment of the omniverse. I took the figure of an old man because that is what you perceive God to be. I am ageless and I don't hold any physical power. The only reason I was able to bring back your soul is because of the high karma that you have. It is something even I don't understand because even people who have saved multiple worlds don't have as much karma as you but thanks to that karma you are able to get advantages in the next world. It doesn't matter to me if you are a hero or villain, I just need you to save the Omniverse, me."

"Can't you just make me a god right away since i have a lot of karma. I will be able to be really powerful and ill even get stronger."

"No even I can't make you a god, even though you have a lot of karma you need to start from the beginning as a mortal to build up achievements which makes you stronger. Nobody is born a god. Even if a child between gods is created, that baby isn't a god. They have a better starting point. Also, I'm sure that you do not want to be a god at the start because it would be boring right?"

After listening to what he has said, I do think that it would be boring that I became a god at the start. I smile and reply, "Yea you're right. It would be boring. So when can we finish with this damn info dumb and get me to the next world."

"I will but first let's waste some of your karma since you don't really need it in the next world since all karma is useful for is after death and not during while you're alive and I'm sure you knew that since the reason why you died was because of a rock and then that cause you to be in a clutz of situations and now you are here."

'God' continues, "Here is a system interface with shows three things, Customizations, Advantages, and Elements. The first panel will show you something that will project a character at you, and you are able to customize it however you want to look. The next panel will discuss your advantages that you want in the next world like talents and whatnot. However, the world cannot handle to many powerful advantages at once, so you are able to pick two godly advantages. The next panel will show you the type of Elements you want. You are able to pick 9 but I don't recommend that since 9 things to practice on will take up too much of your time and will weaken you, but I will let you decide since you are a grown man."

Hearing all of this my smile only gets larger. This much stuff, how can I not be happy?! I quickly look over to the system interface and make some decisions the first panel, "Customization. White hair, blood red eyes, make me 6,3 which is taller than average for an adult man. Add a couple more things and then boom! I'm done with this panel and now onto the next. Advantages. Hmm, Godly Control for sure, and hmmmmm, oh oh, Godly Regeneration.

Yesssssss.

Next panel which is element. Darkness element is a must for a villain, Ice element, Space element, and lightning element. I think that done. Four is my limit since even 4 elements is a lot. Alright I'm done."

"Okay child are you going to keep your old name or your new one."

"Im going to make a new one since I'm going to another world why would I need to stay stuck in the past. My new name is going to be Cain."

"Very well, now let me say it again Cain. Your mission is to save the omniverse and the world that you are going to reside in. You have a lot to do. Oh, and just a reminder, your Godly Regeneration has side effects. Unlike Godly Control which doesn't have any side effects, Godly Regeneration doesn't make you immortal. It will regain lost limbs within seconds, but you will still die if your heart is pierce as well if you get your head cut off or exploded. You will also not be numb to pain. and it will hurt to have those loss body parts come back again." 'God' explained.

"It's fine. I expected that and I wouldn't want to numb the pain. Don't get me wrong that I hate pain but if I don't have it how will I get stronger."

" I hope you keep that determination and will that you have because you are going to need it. Even though I can see the past, present, and future. The world you will be going to is different since i cannot see anything in that world. Like its surrounded by fog. Probably because of the Omni-Devour That you will face against."

Omni- Devour huh, that is a sick ass name.

There was one question that has been nagging me the whole time so i need to ask, "Hey God, how much time to have to prevent the world from being devoured?"

"Hmm, 15 years I believe"

I have 15 years to get as strong as the Omni-Devour. Man, honestly before I just wanted to relax in peace but now, I am truly curious about this next life I'm going to live. The name I will make for myself, Cain, 'The Devil'. Truly opposite from the 'Saint' title I received in my last life.

"I will be sending you to the next life, now don't forget you need to discover things on your own. Do not always rely on your talents and powers."

I smile and I start to shiver out of excitement for my future to come.

'God' sees my expression and smiles, 'I truly hope you can survive you against what fate has in store for you because it will not be easy. Heroes, Villains, and Gods, there will only be one winner. Whether it is a group or individual, only time will tell.'

A darkness envelops the white room and teleports Cain onto a tale which many will tell and sing
