{Day 5} (3rd POV)

Wondering what is Shayla doing right now? She is playing on the wall made of icebergs, earlier Shayla has wondered about the icebergs so she has forced her little pet to bring her up to the wall.

"The wall is really made of ice, but if it's a real wall then how did appear out of nowhere?" Shayla thought while playing on the surface part of the iceberg.

On the other side of the icebergs, Akatori the phoenix is having a hard time using her flame to melt the ice. 'mother, have you ever tried to see what kind of ice is this? My flame can't even melt this ice!' she said in a sad tone because her prideful flame just got beaten by a piece of unknown ice.

"The ice isn't normal?" Shayla touched the strange ice and use her inhuman strength to break it and unexpectedly, her grip didn't strong enough to even crack the ice.

Eternal ice (Epic)

A strange variant of ice that was created by using magic and technology together, with its massive size it will be able to withstand 3 nukes before completely falling. The ice are emitting a strange wave of energy to keep sea creatures away.

"Oh, so it's not normal ice but eternal ice? what a weird name," Shayla expand her Haki to scan the iceberg, after a minute she stands up and walk closer to an ice wall and punched it.

*CRACK*

Unlike the other part of the iceberg, that wall cracked and fall apart under her little fist "Hebi-chan, Aka-chan, I have found an entrance, let's go down," she summons both of her pets with her skill and starts to explore inside the icebergs.

"Wah!" *thud* Only to get slipped and fall on her back.

'Mom, you will never learn from your fault won't you?'

(Shayla POV)

Let's ignore that fall up there, now I'm walking down the ice stair very carefully, there is nothing here for me to grab so I have fallen quite a lot. why does the author have to make the whole structure with ice?

Never mind, I'm will continue to explore this iceberg without slipping one more time!

*Slip*

*thud* "...I hate ice"

'So do I mother' Aww, thank you Aka-chan for supporting my idea, I hoped that you could blast away this whole iceberg so that I won't get tripped so many times inside this iceberg.

Then she began to speed up, having no legs give her an advantage because she can't get tripped on ice so Hebi-chan just moves ahead without a problem.

'Wait for me!' uhh, Aka-chan wings are too big to be opened inside this room so she has to walk normally, I guess that will be a problem for her then... I will just summon her again after I reach the end of this strange building so let's leave her behind for now

With the help of Hebi, Shayla was able to speed run through the ice corridor and reach the lowest point she could reach.

The metal looking door suddenly glow red and shot out a scanning beam, along with a metallic voice.

[Human DNA scanned, 70% pure human, access allowed]

"Eh?" While Shayla is wondering what just happen, the big metal door opens up, revealing inside is a huge laboratory filled with many strange machines, magic circles and a lot more things but Shayla can't see anything so this author is lazy to list it out.

[You have entered a secret area: The human's last base]

"Human's last base in this world? I didn't think that humans were still able to leave something that still able to exist till now, given that there is only 1 island still present on the whole world" Shayla wonder out loud then open a portal to get her pet phoenix.

'Thank god mom, you haven't forgotten about me but do you mind if I ask a question? What is the name of the system are those things?' Akatori were speechless as soon as she saw the room.

"I haven't checked yet so I don't know too, let me see them real quick"

Leviathan egg (legendary)

An egg of an ancient leviathan, it's has been inside the incubator chamber for a long time but still hasn't hatched yet, it's because it lack of necessary magic power. It's a good idea to bring it with you.

"A leviathan egg?! Since there is no human on this dimension anymore, I will take care of it!" Shayla approach the chamber and open it, the strange liquid inside flowed out a little bit and then replenish itself. "The chamber is also useful too, can I fit it inside my inventory?"

[Affirmative, do you want to store the incubator chamber inside your inventory?]

"Yes please, and please store this egg too, I will hatch later]

"Thank you" Shayla tanked the system and then scanned the room with her Haki, she then found a device that is glowing strangely and touched it.

[ZZZ, this is a message from Dr Mobius, head researcher of the 2nd human's base to every activating human's base.] An image of a woman with green hair, wearing a lab coat was showing on the screen which of course Shayla can't see.

[This is the last report about the project sea emperor. While the egg is showing signs of developing, we have no way to make it hatch, even with the help of the magicians.] Dr Mobius sighed and flip the note board

[And the second thing I want to talk about is that the sea controller project has been completed, we have finished the dream of many humans. The war machine is made of the strongest leviathan-class monster human has caught, the weaponry of it is enough to deal with 3 mid-tier leviathan classes at once, if we manage to mass-produce this then humans will finally have a chance to return to our prime.] The images show a huge robot standing on the sea surface with a series of code next to it

[The last part of the report is about the new type of leviathan that is attacking us right now, while it can't break through the eternal ice, the leviathan is using a kind of mind magic to charm us, making our defence useless against it. Strange enough, its charm doesn't work on females, that is why I'm still alive.] The scientist's face shows clear sadness and regret

[I hope whoever saw this message will be able to take on our will and bring humans weight on their shoulder, the code to access the robot is 177013, kinda traumatic but easy to remember] Then the recording ends with a scream behind the scene.

After listening closely to the whole log, Shayla only has 1 question in her mind. "Why does the number 177013 cause trauma to people?" that is a question she will find out in the future
