Erick Strategy

Devan sat in his work chair while struggling with his laptop. Currently, he is busy composing a TV program that will show the story of the snake demon that he previously proposed to Erick. Several piles of paper can be seen scattered on Devan's desk.

Erick came to see Devan with two cups of coffee. He offered one glass to Devan. Devan is very grateful for Erick's kindness. However, one of the male employees who sat close to Devan's desk did not like this. The man didn't seem happy to see Erick's attitude towards Devan.

"The new kid has just started looking for attention to the boss", whispered the man with another employee.

When Devan was busy composing his program, Erick asked if Devan had contacted Kirana. But, because Devan was too busy, He forgot that he need to contact Kirana. Devan tells Erick that he will contact Kirana soon. After hearing that Devan would contact Kirana soon, Erick returned to his room.

Kirana's cell phone rings as she sits in the pavilion to reading a book. "Who's calling?" Kirana picked up her cell phone.

"Hello, Kirana this is Devan", said Devan on call.

"Oh yeah van, what's going on there?"

"Mr. Producer wants to meet you, he said that he wanted to say thank you for helping us".

But unfortunately, Kirana refuses Devan's invitation to bring Kirana together with Erick. The reason is because Kirana is currently busy preparing for the magic festival that will be held on the full moon later.

"Oh I see, okay I will inform Mr. Producer", said Devan.

"Yes, convey my gratitude to him too."

"Of course, I will!"

Kirana immediately hung up the phone and resumed reading her book. The book that Kirana reads is a book about some festivals like routine festivals that were usually held in her kingdom in ancient times. She opened pages one by one, until the page containing pictures of the event equipment from various festivals.

Kirana wants to make her magic festival to be the grand one. For the past few years, tourism in Banten has been quite quiet so she wants to revive the crowds in the Banten area. If Banten is already quite busy, she doesn't have to go far to Jakarta to earn more money every full moon.

Devan went to Erick's room to submit some files needed for the first broadcast of his TV program. Erick also received the files and gave him some corrections and asked Devan to fix them immediately.

"If you can, tomorrow you will fix it so that the first episode can air on Saturday," said Erick.

"Okay sir, I'll try to finish tomorrow".

Then Erick asked Devan again about Kirana.

"Oh yes, has Kirana agreed to meet with me?", asked Erick.

"Oh, Kirana told me that she was busy preparing for the Magic Festival, she doesn't have time for us"

"Really? Very interesting! Is she the originator?"

"That's right sir, that's why she's busy."

"Hmmm... Alright, you please go back to work".

It was a very hot day, but not because of the heat of the sun, but the heat of the chess match between Tama and Limbur. They are equally strong. Meanwhile, Denok cheered to encourage them both.

"Yo..yo..yo.. I will cook the most delicious food for the winner!" shouted Denok.

Unfortunately, Tama lost in that match. Limbur turned out to be really great in the game of chess. When they were noisy, suddenly the grim reaper appeared at the security post and sat among them.

"Ghosts!!!", shouted Tama.

Denok immediately reflexively hit the grim reaper with Limbur's security guard's bat.

"Uh,,,,,,,,,, It's me!! Your friend" said the grim reaper.

"Oh, sorry" said Denok.

Since Limbur had just won the match, he also challenged the Grim Reaper to a chess match with him. Limbur is very confident.

"Then what are the stakes?" asked the grim reaper.

"If I win, I want you to answer my question" said Limbur.

"Then what about me?" asked the grim reaper.

"Whatever, you can decide" answered Limbur.

Then the Grim Reaper said that he would take away the powers that he previously gave to Tama if he won the match.

"What?? Don't do it, uncle, how come I'm the victim" said Tama.

"Don't worry, Limbur the Level 1 Guard will defeat the Grim Reaper!" said Limbur.

"Ok, let's get started", said the Grim Reaper.

The match became even more exciting because Limbur and the grim reaper were both good at playing tactics. Meanwhile, Denok and Tama were so noisy that it disrupted the concentration of the grim reaper, while Limbur, who was used to their noise, was not affected at all, Limbur's struggle continued smoothly.

The fierce match ended, Limbur came out as the winner.

"YYEEEAAAHHH!!! Call me the king of chess!!", shouted Limbur.

Because Limbur has won the match, Limbur also collects the bet from the grim reaper.

"So, could you answer my question?", asked Limbur to the grim reaper.

"Yes, please ask".

Limbur asks about the fate of the next residents of Princess Villa, whether they can all return to being human.

"All of you can return to being human except for Tama, because Tama's body has long been buried and has been damaged, while you are still in your respective bodies, it's just that the body has been adapted for two worlds, namely the human world and the demon world".

Hearing the answer from the grim reaper, made Tama think about his fate after that day arrived.

"Then what about me?" asked Tama.

"After Kirana returns to being a human, your contract with Kirana will end, and I will pick you up to go to the afterlife", answered the grim reaper.

Even though Tama is so sad to hear that, he has to accept the fact that he and Kirana are only masters and servants. Tama can't possibly expect to be with Kirana like Denok and Limbur. Maybe that's how it was for Tama.

Erick was sitting in his study. He was still curious about Kirana. Erick is someone who believes that other realms exist or the realm of the serpent demon that exists. He wanted to meet Kirana so he could hear the story from Kirana directly. Moreover, he heard from Devan, that Kirana has the advantage of being able to see snake demons. Erick also wanted to see the snake demon in person.

Erick remembers the information given by Devan if Kirana is busy because he will hold a magic festival. Erick also has an idea that can bring him together with Kirana. Erick asked his secretary to call Devan. A few minutes later Devan came to Erick's room.

"You said that Kirana will hold a magic festival?" asked Erick.

"Yes, that's right. Maybe in the next month", replied Devan.

"Has she got some sponsors already?"

"It seems Kirana will provide her funds without a sponsor".

"What? Haha.. Very interesting. It's the first time I've heard of an event without a sponsor", said Erick.

Then Erick told Devan, if Kirana want, he can be the sponsor of the magic festival, and the festival would be broadcast on the television station where they worked. Devan appreciates Erick's offer. He said that he would tell Kirana soon about this. After that, Devan came out of Erick's room with a glowing face.

"Good, Kirana won't be able to refuse to meet me after this, instead she will come to thank me", said Erick.
