Duel

Hahah good choice! Jude come to me after lessons , Saying that he went back to his seat with his assistant

What does he want from me? Is he trying to sell me? Jude could only speculate

Everyone! Shouted the assistant since the self training is done now it's time for the Group duel

Group duel? Thought it would only be 1vs1 maybe he is trying to train soldiers Thought Jude jokingly

Jude, since the group battles are 4 vs 4 do you wanna team with us ? Asked Hanrick

Sure, Its not like I know anyone other than you guys laughed Jude

Walking towards the Arena Jude and his group waited for the announcement. After few minutes they heard the assistant's shout

Now if you made a group or are in an group, que in a line of two group and come forward if you're ready

Jude looked as they were making a que and asked Do we win anything if we win the duel

No this is just a friendly tournament we can't win anything It's good enough if we win from out opponents replied Hanrick.

Alright, let's go first then

First? Uhh alright then replied Hanrick

Guess he is nervous but I wanna see how I will do against other my age

If you're ready go and walk to the battle arena with your group Said the assistant

alright guys let's do this Said Jude

lets do this! lets do this! lets do this! they all replied

Walking towards arena Jude and his group soon faced their first opponent. They were all wary of Jude and the leader said, you two try attacking jude, we'll attack the other 3

Jude seeing two coming towards them, said quickly I can deal with them you guys try to beat them or hold on till I beat these two

with quick yes, Hanrick and rest faced the two benders running towards while Jude faded the other 2

As they were approaching Jude quickly thought Let's try to attack them with the small rocks laying on the ground instead of ripping a huge boulder out of the ground

Jude could only speculate what would happen if he attacked them with a huge boulder

But before he attacked he saw rocks flying towards him

*swoosh* * Swoosh*.

Seeing the two rocks flying towards him Jude quickly focused and used both of his arms and stopped the rocks midair

Whaaaat! The attackers both shouted and tried to attack him again but Jude punched two times and aimed the rocks at their belly

With a resounding *Bang* *Bang* the rocks hit them

One of them vomited while the other cried in pain.

Damn…. I may overdid it Jude looked at them before shifting towards the two remaining

Seeing their teammates being defeated so easily the two left both got scared and admitted defeat

"well that was easy" said jude as he walked towards Hanrick and his friends

"It really was easy with your help said Hanrick"

" Alright lets get, we're done for today right? " asked Jude

"yeah pretty much, we only have to wait for duel to finish " replied Hanrick

" Alright then, Im going to the practice arena to practice till this ends" said Jude

" Alright then, you're already strong but want to train more " laughed Hanrick

"Practice makes perfect smiled Jude"

Jude walked towards the training ground and started to practice

"Bending Is pretty much manipulating elements or creating elements by manipulating their properties" Jude mused as he thought

He already knew how to manipulate the earth to move it but doing the complex things like making different shapes or using the earth to cover himself was still a challenge.

Moreover there were many different bending in the Earth category. There was Sandbending, Metal bending, Lava bending and crystal bending

Jude was hopeful that he could learn few of them, Though sand bending was the easier ones to learn it was still difficult unless you were a genius

" Lets see how many rocks I can bend at a time" thinking this jude started to move the rocks around him

spreading both of his hands, Jude pushed both his palms upwards slowly

As he did this around 12 rocks started to float upwards

looking at the floating rocks made Jude happy as he grinned he thought " Can I compress them "?

Compressing rocks was one of the techniques Aang used when he fought against Firelord Ozai

Jude with spread out palms tried closing his hand slowly as he tried to compress

The rocks big as a ball were slowly getting smaller and as he saw this Jude thought " yes it's working, hope this also works"

Jude looked at the fist sized rocks now as he flecked his fingers then with a * screeeech*

The fist sized rocks flew like a bullet as they made an ear piercing noise

But after the third rock , Jude couldn't focus on the other ones so they all fell down

Damn, it's harder than I thought, I need to control the floating ones then compress them followed by manipulating them to any target

It needs a-lot control and a clear thought

"Jude! The lesson has just finished lets go

Before he wanted to continue he heard Hanrick running towards him

" Alright I will be there in a minute " responded Jude

"Oke Im going to eat food outside with the rest we will be at the restaurant near the school " said Hanrick

" Sure, I need to talk the master Yun tho, So i'll see if can come there" responded Jude

Seeing Hanrick off, Jude continued

Now that I can bend, I want to master it and not only Earth but Metal or even lava, I want to master them all, Jude made a fist as he made a promise to himself
