Hidden Letter
"Thank you for saving me out there, Cap," I said. I am walking after Captain Cartnage. I do not know if he rescued me or what, but I'm that thankful for him. I do need to finish the task we have, and leaving the area is the first thing I must do first.
"Don't think of it as a blessing, I did it because the Department requested it. No one is available at the moment to fetch you, so out of boringness at this night. I did it." He was such an attitude. His facial expression never changed, he did not even bother to draw a smile on his face.
I just nodded with my lips slightly parted, I just shut my mouth in silence, too. He seems not interested in talking to me. But after a moment, I opened my lips to ask a very important question.
"Where are we going Captain Cartnage?" I do not know what to call him, Captain, Cap, or just Cartnage, well I was not under his leadership maybe I can.
