The Realm Beyond

"It is my honor and duty." Gerard reverently responded while his head drooped down as a sign of respect.

But Gerard become momentarily at a loss when he heard the Goddess giggles and stare at 'Her'.

That was not the response he was expecting to hear.

The Goddess's temperament changed immensely.

Is this the real 'Her'?

But then again, the giggle is enough for Gerard to be at ease.

Ah. Am I in heaven?

The Goddess cleared 'Her' throat realizing that Payne looked lost while dazedly staring at her.

Gerard snapped back and immediately bow his head.

"As a reward for freeing me, you can ask me three things, and as a bonus, I will guide you to the surface."

Gerard almost teared up when he heard it!

Ah! This is a true Deity! A true Goddess! I couldn't ask for more!

Gerard's mind races trying to ask a question that can benefit him in the near future. The Hero's land is not an option.
