All the people close to Gerard are present except Kurosawa who was still holed up in his workshop underground. While Lysias was outside and wandering inside the walls of Haven Camp.

Gerard waited for ten seconds if anyone would object. Seeing no one voice an objection, Gerard commences the meeting.

"Since we are now considered a separate land from the Edo Kingdom and at the same time considered a free nation, let's change the name of Haven Camp. Any suggestions?"
