Chapter 22: Moon Eclipse Knight (1).

The planet was nearly destroyed. With half of it being annihilated and the rest beginning to follow because of the collapse of its atmosphere, it was a goner.

Rubble floated in the air - free from gravity itself. The ground was being toren apart by the force of zero gravity.

At the new edge of the fallen planet were three individuals that were about to face off. A humanoid figure with a mask, mounted on top of a horse like entity and then alone was Kris with his plain expression - a lone individual.

"So you're the bitch that I'm looking for," said Kris as he rised to his feet. "Looking high and mighty, aren't ya?"

The individual that was mounted on the steed had a white mask with a frog like design, covering the wearer's face. On the forehead was a crescent moon craved into a circle. Behind the mask was long, mint colored hair and ears with earrings that had dark blue crystals.

Also, a skin-tight black dress with white designs that resembled flames showed off the individual's features, a white slide and a spear in hand. A large and thin black spear that had cyan designs of moons - full or not. The blade was white like the moon itself.

"..." The masked individual remained silent.

The individual stepped of the horse, and began to approach Kris. It then pointed a finger from his left hand at Kris.

Kris soon felt insanely light as if he lost a ton of weight or gravity released him.

"Ahh," said Kris with a bored look, ".. this sucks."

The individual finger tip began to glow white in a divine light. Shifting its hand left - leaving a trace of white sparks - Kris head was decapitated in seconds by a force of white light.

The masked figure then draw a white circle in the air with a trace of white sparks still remaining in the air.

Suddenly, a huge rock appeared and encompassed Kris's body in a prison. The next second, the sound of crunching bones and guts could silently be heard.

Creation.

A force that makes something out of nothing.

Anyone can create something, but not out of nothing. Someone can only create something from something that was already made.

The true force of creation is making something that didn't exist from nothing at all.

Tears began to flow from out the eyes of the masked individual. Removing mask resulted in showing a almost perfect and beautiful feminine face. It was drenched in tears.

".. Just kill.. me already.." she said, crying.

"Death has answered you plead," Kris said, sending a quick downward slash from above with his dagger - Efriet - at the head of his foe.

Sending danger, the Moonlight Toad acted quickly. She turned around and withdrew her spear, blocking Kris's attack.

She removed her spear with such speed that it was a quarter times faster than the speed of sound.

Kris began to fall.

"Eh?" He inquired to himself.

The creature then retaliated with a simple, but mighty jab with her spear at Kris's face, killing once again.

The spear pierced Kris's skull, then brain - quickly separated the flesh from the bones and incinerated his entire body.

"(Huh?)" The Toad pondered. "(Didn't I just kill him. I swore I did!)"

Kris quickly appeared once more. As all ways, naked with no clothing or gear. Yet, he was equipped with his trusty daggers - Eden and Efriet.

"(Does he have multiple bodies? No, it was resurrection. A resurrection rune most be the cause.)" The Moonlight Toad continued to ponder. "(A resurrection rune? Those things are super rare to get that only Quest that gives one an impossible Clear Condition offer these runes. He probably only has a few, and a imperfect one at that since his naked.)"

"I'll just have to kill him a couple more times," said the Knight. "(I can smell blood on this creature's hands. It's Eston's. I must kill him!)"

Clenching her spear, she charged at Kris with a fast pace that was unseen by Kris who fought a creature from the same race and probably same stats.

Unfazed by this show of speed, Kris called upon the aid of his Inventory.

"I thought this bitch wanted to die," said Kris pointing the gun at empty space. "I should've just brought a nuke and blow up this whole planet."

The lady suddenly appeared behind Kris with her spear raised in the air.

"(What is that contraption?)" The lady inquired.

Kris changed the positioning of the gun and pointed it at his enemy almost instantly. He then fired a bullet.

After the bullet was fired, the Moonlight Toad caught it in her right hand and proceeded to chop off Kris's hand with her spear.

"(With such sloe projectiles.)"

"So this thing is faster than the speed of sound," said Kris. "(An average bullet moves at about eight hundred miles per hour. Faster than the speed of sound itself.)"

She then alter the trajectory of her spear and slashed Kris in half in a tilted vertical angle.

[You have died!]

[Cheater of Death has been activated]

[You will not die!]

[Devourer Death has been activated]

[You have committed suicide!]

[Death Transmission has been activated]

Kris reappeared once again; this time behind his opponent.

[Omniscient Soul Appraisal has been activated]

Race: Moonlight Toad.

Rank: Monarch Toad.

Difficulty: Crimson.

Health Points: 9,999,990.

Mana Points: 9,999,990.]

"(This thing is as strong as the last Moonlight Toad I fought, yet this one feels way more stronger!)"

Kris slashed his two daggers at the neck of his opponent with all his agility and might.

Suddenly, out of nowhere came the steed that Mia was on before. The horse looking creature with cyan fur and white flesh charged and struck Kris in the chest with a shining cyan horn on its forehead.

"Ugh," Kris scoffed as he coughed out blood.

He was flung back. The wound he sustained wasn't a fatal one but he'll still die by blood loss.

"I have one time to waste," said the Moonlight Toad, petting her steed. "I intend to destroy this world before daybreak and you will not stop me."

Kris - covering the wound in his chest - then said, "Well, I have plenty to waste. So just give me your power and I'll destroy this world for you."

Mia was struck by awe. She couldn't understand one thing.

"(He should have a finite amount of those Resurrection Runes, yet he acting as if he has a unlimited number of them.)"

She then came to one conclusion.

"(Oh.. he's one of the Omega King children.. just like I was.)"

About two years ago, the Omega King made an appearance on this very planet. He came to seek Eston and Mia because they could wield what he couldn't master. The power of Creation and Destruction.

In a show of power, he destroyed the planet a billion times over and created it back as many. He demanded that they became either his associates or they die and give him their power.

He soon left however as he saw that their control over Creation and Destruction was not unlimited like he had hoped.

"(He probably has the power to wield Destruction since he destroyed half this planet.)" Mia internally said to herself.

She was off. Kris didn't wield the power of Destruction - it was the opposite. He had the power of Creation. He just didn't know how to use it. But his Sub-class will help him with that problem.

Mia mounted herself on her steed and charged at Kris.

"(After he left my planet, I lost the ability of immortal. I'm sure this son of a bitch is just like Eston!)"

Kris recalled his two trusty blades back to his imaginary storage. He the called upon the most mightiest weapon in his Inventory.

He then equiped his saya to aid him in combat with his blade.

[Lord's Saya has been equipped]

Kris placed his katana inside his saya. He then presumed his stance, preparing to launch a iconic and powerful blow at his aggressor.

He placed his right elbow outwards that was holding the handle of the katana while squatting slightly. He had his left foot raised straight while planted in the white dust and his other foot slid back.

"I was privileged when I was born. I was by fortune and confidence that I ended up being the son of one of the greatest hunters," Kris said with his eyes closed. "But at the same time, I have rights as a privileged individual. To live a great life, to live like the strong, etc."

"But I also have the right to kill you and calm your power."

"That is my right..."

Kris then opened his eyes.

".. as a privileged Devourer."
