Since that day no one came to bother us but I felt uneasiness. It is just weird that they stayed silence, are they planning something?

As I walked in the garden watching A Qi working with flowers I felt something that I never felt before. I spinned around to find nobody there, is my instincts wrong?

"Princess Qi Princess Xuan...." I heard Hua calling out, "Her Highness wants to see you."

I walked up to her, she was running as if a train was chasing her. "What's going on?" I asked worried about what was happening. She came running, as she came closer and closer I could see her eyes were red with tears. I knew something was wrong and immediately ran into the palace, that's where I saw a horrifying site. My mother who has lost consciousness was on the floor covered in blood, the current Empress in her hand a dagger in her stomach. Another woman was across the room, her head seemed smashed with a table. As I felt everyone eyes shifting to me realizing I was there, one of the maids tried grabbing me but I fought away from her grip.

"MOTHER" I yelled, running towards her in full speed. When I reached her I could feel she was bleeding but the current empress was dying. As I couldn't move staring at the two people on the floor in front of me, I could here Hua who seem to have brought A Qi , screaming at the maids to get me to a different room.

Maids and servants came running trying to pull me away. I resisted not realizing that I have unsheathed my sword, injuring everyone who tried coming near. That's when I felt a footsteps of someone I know. "Princess Xuan you need to get away" said that person. Seeing that I wouldn't move, the person raised a sword and attacked me. I swirled around right on time to defend myself. I know could see it was the Duke. Suddenly I collapsed in the Duke's arm. My visions started to blur and I lost my consciousness.
