Magnetism?

"I don't know!" The lizardman shouted. He struggled in the grasp of Kai's Nebula ability. "What kind of human are you!"

"Oh, nothing special," Kai assured. He squeezed the lizardman even harder with the nebula ability.

"AUUGH!" He screamed.

"Now," Kai said. "I want you to lead me to your village."

He knew the lizardman would say no at first, but he wanted to play a fun game of interrogation and threats.

"NEVER!" The lizardman retorted. He pointed his snout up towards the sky and squeezed his eyes shut. "No matter what you do, I will never tell you!"

"We'll see.." Kai responded in a soft tone.

He was busy thinking of a way to make this lizardman talk. He didn't want to necessarily use physical force, because it would probably end up just killing him.

Kai ran over to a log nearby and sat on it. He was getting a bit tired because of the Nebula ability being activated.

"Maybe the book can give me some spell that messes with the mind," he said to himself. He tried to summon it by not saying anything, but the book didn't appear. He didn't want to look stupid infront of the lizardman, but he feared the book wouldn't appear either if he commanded it. He was requesting an ability, and he wanted to be on this cosmic book's good side.

He just decided to quietly ask it.

"Book?" Kai asked under his breath. "Appear maybe? I'd like a spell that can screw with somebody's head."

There was a long pause. Suddenly, The book phased into existence with sparkles all over it. Kai was surprised the book listened so easily. The lizardman stopped struggling to look over at him in surprise.

Cosmic magic: Magnetar

Description: Use the unstoppable force of magnetism to pull enemies towards yourself. The magnetic field produced can distort the electron clouds of the subject's constituent atoms, thereby rendering the chemistry of life impossible.

"What the fuck!?" Kai screamed out loud. The lizardman twitched at the sudden outburst. "This has nothing to do with mind control! Are you fucking with me book?"

There was no response as expected. The lizardman stared at Kai with wide eyes.

"Whatever," Kai said. "This ability does sound kind of scary though. Distorts the electron clouds of a subjects atoms, thereby rendering the chemistry of life impossible!? What the hell, it's like these descriptions keep getting better!"

He continued to read the page.

Step 1: Put your hand out facing away from you.

Step 2: Pretend you are condensing everything around you to extreme circumstances.

"Damn, seems easy to do." Kai said. He stood up from the log he was sitting on. "You'd think something like this would be complicated."

"Actually, you'd think every spell would be complicated." He added. He looked up and noticed the rodent creature sitting on a branch. It tilted its head at Kai

"No annoying squeaks I see," Kai said to the creature.

"Squeeeeeaaaak!"

Kai facepalmed. "Nevermind."

Kai walked on over to the lizardman, who now seemed like he gave up on everything. Kai was starting to get tired, and he didn't know how long he could use nebula before he passed out. He estimated around an hour. The battle with the worm increased his stamina of nebula from last time though, and he was glad.

"Well lizard, We are going to go on an adventure to find your hideout or village," Kai proclaimed. "It will be fun!"

The lizardman seemed to regain his life and started screaming again.

"NO YOU WONT!" He yelled, trying to get out of the grasp of Nebula. "YOU WILL NEVER FIND THE VILLAGE!"

"Ohoho, so it is a village?" Kai said playfully. He wanted to instigate even more anger for the lizardman. "I wonder why you're getting so mad?"

The lizardman's face contorted in ways Kai never thought was possible. He was just grunting and screaming again in the grasp of Kai's Nebula ability.

He chuckled at the sight. It was a bit funny looking, the way the lizardman struggled. He still felt bad way deep down, but he didn't really care.
