Kai started to fade in and out of conciousness. He tried to muster up every little ounce of energy he could. "Move body, move!" He internally screamed. He was starting to lose too much blood.

The tiger beast was now right infront of him with it's teeth bared. Saliva was dripping out of it's mouth. Unable to dodge Kai could only accept his fate. This was it, this was how he died.

The beast took a step back, and dug it's feet in the dirt. 𝐼'𝑚 𝑠𝑜𝑟𝑟𝑦 𝑒𝑣𝑒𝑟𝑦𝑜𝑛𝑒, he thought. 𝐼 𝑐𝑜𝑢𝑙𝑑𝑛'𝑡 𝑠𝑎𝑣𝑒 𝑎𝑛𝑦𝑜𝑛𝑒. 𝑁𝑜𝑡 𝑜𝑛𝑒 𝑝𝑒𝑟𝑠𝑜𝑛.

The tiger proceeded to pounce on him.

Upon impact, the light of day faded into a black void. Kai found himself floating in an endless abyss of black. He floated there, somehow barely still consious. He felt strange, like something or someone was trying to tell him something.

𝘿𝙤 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙬𝙖𝙣𝙩 𝙥𝙤𝙬𝙚𝙧? A mysterious voice said in an echo. 𝘿𝙤 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙬𝙖𝙣𝙩 𝙧𝙚𝙙𝙚𝙢𝙥𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣?

Suddenly, the black void around him turned into a million stars. It was beautiful. It was almost like he was transported to space, the millions of starts shining so bright. Kai was dazed by the beauty.

𝙔𝙤𝙪 𝙝𝙖𝙫𝙚 𝙗𝙚𝙚𝙣 𝙘𝙝𝙤𝙨𝙚𝙣 𝙩𝙤 𝙥𝙤𝙨𝙨𝙚𝙨𝙨 𝙤𝙣𝙚 𝙤𝙛 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙨𝙞𝙭 𝙥𝙧𝙞𝙢𝙤𝙧𝙙𝙞𝙖𝙡 𝙚𝙡𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨 𝙤𝙛 𝙢𝙖𝙜𝙞𝙘. 𝙔𝙤𝙪 𝙝𝙖𝙫𝙚 𝙗𝙚𝙚𝙣 𝙘𝙝𝙤𝙨𝙚𝙣 𝙩𝙤 𝙥𝙤𝙨𝙨𝙚𝙨 𝙘𝙤𝙨𝙢𝙞𝙘 𝙢𝙖𝙜𝙞𝙘. The voice resonated in his ear.

Kai, at this moment was speechless. He was scared, confused, and many more emotions jumbled through his head. He honestly didn't know what to think. It was happening too fast. He got overwhelmed so suddenly. 𝙏𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙚 𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙛𝙞𝙫𝙚 𝙤𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙨 𝙡𝙞𝙠𝙚 𝙮𝙤𝙪. 𝙁𝙞𝙣𝙙 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙢, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙘𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙩𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙬𝙤𝙧𝙡𝙙 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙬𝙖𝙣𝙩. The voice added. 𝘿𝙤 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙖𝙘𝙘𝙚𝙥𝙩 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗰𝗼𝘀𝗺𝗶𝗰 𝗺𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗰?

He wanted to save everyone. His family, his friends, and everyone he holds dear. No, actually he wanted to create a world where nobody suffered. That was the world he wanted. He would not give up this strange opportunity, even if it was a dream.

Could he even trust it though? He had so many questions. Like, what people? Where does he find these people? Everything about this was so vague.

He decided to give this weird fever dream a shot though.

"Please accept me," said Kai in a slow and raspy tone.

𝘿𝙤𝙣𝙚. 𝙔𝙤𝙪 𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙣𝙤𝙬 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙤𝙬𝙣𝙚𝙧 𝙤𝙛 𝙘𝙤𝙨𝙢𝙞𝙘 𝙢𝙖𝙜𝙞𝙘.

Suddenly, a book appeared right in front of him. It was very strange. It was black, and plated with gold. There was no title on it. He decided to grab it out of the air, and inspect it further.

𝙏𝙝𝙞𝙨 𝙗𝙤𝙤𝙠 𝙬𝙞𝙡𝙡 𝙜𝙪𝙞𝙙𝙚 𝙮𝙤𝙪, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙩𝙚𝙖𝙘𝙝 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙣𝙚𝙬 𝙨𝙥𝙚𝙡𝙡𝙨. The voice announced. 𝙐𝙨𝙚 𝙞𝙩 𝙬𝙞𝙨𝙚𝙡𝙮.

"Wait!" Kai replied. "How do I even use it?"

He waited for a moment, but there was no answer.

Then everything in the strange dimension started to glow, brighter and brighter. The light blinded Kai's eyes. He suddenly felt pressure trying to contort his body. His body felt like a wet noodle. "Gahh! This is unnecessary!" Kai bellowed, but the voice totally ignored him.

𝘾𝙝𝙚𝙚𝙧𝙨, the voice said, echoing through his head.

"I have so many questions! Why can't you answer them. GAHHH!"

Kai slowly opened his eyes. The sun filled his vision. It seemed a day had past since the attack of the Tiger monster. The musky scent of the rainforest was stronger than ever. He looked down at his body, and noticed he was wearing different clothes from last time.

It was a black robe tipped with gold. The gold was shinier then he'd ever thought. It was like looking straight into a star. He really thought the whole cosmic magic thing was a dream, but it turned out to be untrue.

He then looked behind his back. There lie a medium-sized spear. It wasn't held by anything, and it seemed to just be glued onto his back. It had the same color scheme as the robe. Black, with some gold bits on it. The tip of the spear was average looking grey metal, which was kind of confusing. It really didn't fit into the color scheme of the black and gold.

He proceeded to look at the tiger monster infront of him, It was dead. There was no blood, and it really looked like it was sleeping. But after a pulse check from Kai, it was definetely dead. It was like a miracle happened.
