Preparing to Kill a Boss Beast!!!

The Chicken Cried out in obvious anger and struck without wasting time exactly at the place Leo is standing...or should I say 'was standing?'

Though Leo's actions were reckless, all his senses were on high alert, so when the chicken cried out in anger Leo had already known that something was up and used that time to quickly escape to a safe distance, The Chicken's beak struck the ground hard but despite that, its eyeballs were on Leo, the same was the eyes of the other two.

'This mere insect escaped from their grasp!' Just the mere thought of it was driving them crazy, this boy is as slippery as an eel... it seems like a situation like this is almost made for him.

The crystal had also noticed that the chickens are preparing to strike, but before he could warn Leo of that time, Leo had already done what he wanted to tell him to do.

'It seems like all his actions were just a facade...even I was fooled, He was alert all this time, as expected of his physique!'

Leo smiled, the first phase of his plan worked, he had now angered the chickens, now their thinking ability would be greatly reduced, now it is time to move to phase two of the plan...and phase two is no plan...he will just anger them more force them to use their Berserk mode which will, in turn, consume their life force...they will first finish the stored life force of their minions a before starting to use their Life force!

But he was not sure if these chickens would be foolish enough to fall for it because it would be too ridiculous if they were that foolish.

A boss monster is not foolish like that, or they would not be able to control all the minions that obey them in such an order.

It was now that Leo noticed something, it was about their minions.

'Don't tell me they only have LVL 1 chickens as minions, where are the LVL 2 - LVL 4 chickens, from the description of their skill, all those with lower LVL than them would obey them as their master, then what now! it is not that they have only encountered LVL 1 Chicken beast after they became boss monsters, this guy they have more minions but did not let him engage them!'

Leo shooked his head unwillingly at that thought, it was not that he was worried.

If it was only the minions, he was sure that he could handle them alone, but the boss monsters are a real pain in the ass!

He looked at their reddened eyes trying to decipher their secrets as to why they did not let him fight those minions.

The Crystal was impressed by Leo's discovery, he had known this fact but did not tell Leo because he wanted Leo to find out himself.

But it did not take time for Leo himself to find out... seeing that, he then decided to give Leo a reward that will help him in this fight.

'He is getting wiser, I should give him a reward' 

'He is also prepared for the reward that I want to give him, this got to be perfect timing, but first, he needs a safe place to practice

Leo was keeping his distance from the angered beast when he heard the familiar voice!

'Run to the end of the open Lands' quick!'

Hearing its urgent voice Leo did not dare waste any more time and immediately started running with all the strength and might he could muster, he did not dare look back even for a simple second because time was his essence right now and any mistake would cost him his life because as far as he knew those chickens would be given him a hot chase right now, they might even enter berserk mode to increase their stats just so that they would be able to catch him.

'It seems like things are really bad right now, even the crystal is telling me to run...Things must have got out of hand, did I make a mistake by angering those three' 

He continued to run, before stopping in a place Just a quarter kilometer away from the dangerous forest. He stopped there because the crystal had told him to stop.

'They would not be able to sense you again, so calm down. This place is just a rock to their eyes' 

'Did that crystal cast a domain, or an illusion domain here making them something different from what was here...That was OP!, I am sure that this is just the least of all its skills'

Leo almost exclaimed at the thought of how powerful the crystal was as he was turning to his back but he quickly stopped himself from speaking at the sight of the three bosses running in his direction.

He held his breath, Why are they still running? Maybe they saw him running in this direction...he also was unsure whether that illusion would work.

Soon they pass him by and entered the forest.

After giving Leo some seconds to calm down, Crystal stated...

'There is this thing you need to do that will increase your attack power by multiple folds'

Leo immediately became interested and started listening carefully, putting all his focus on her words.

Why would he not, this would greatly help in his survival in this dungeon.

'Try and feel Mana in your body' The Crystal said not wasting time beating around the bush, Leo had already spent one hour in this dungeon and it remains 47 hours for him to get out.

Though it looks like there is still time, it knew that there will be more time-wasting Troubles that would be much higher than the trouble Leo was facing right Now...

'Mana? what's Mana.... isn't it Qi that we feel?'

'Listen, compared to other people, you use a different energy called Mana...it is one of the reasons why the Talent Stone was not able to show your talent, It was all because the talent stone was for people that use Qi.

'So, you're saying that apart from me there are other people that use the energy 'Mana' and I am not a 'No-Talent' ' Leo was happy upon hearing the revelation, so he was not a 'No-Talent' after all...He was just different...He was even happy hearing that they are other people that use Mana.

'Yes you're right, but none of them is in this world, so as of now you're the only one using Mana in this World' The crystal said confirming his thoughts.

Hearing that his happiness lessened a bit, but he was glad that nothing was wrong with him.
