Ability that must be kept hidden

"Can you use a domain?"

Just what kind of question is this, of course... the domain is related to my talent or how else would I keep track of 'them'

This should have been his usual thought but his talent and ability are meant to be kept hidden or it will cause real chaos in this world.

His talent was something that could only be heard in legends, the last person having this kind of talent was about three million years ago, he turned out to be the most powerful person in this world at that time...but this ability is seen as an evil kind and is frowned upon.

He was hunted by gods of all kinds, millions of gods wanted him dead, but there was one god that searched for him the most...that god was said to be the strongest and also the weakest...but later to end his life the person with this ability end committing suicide. That god was called the god of mana...a weird type of name for a god.

That time was called the 'Era Of gods Search' and soon after that was the 'Qi Breakdown Era' then the disappearance of powerful Cultivators, people said they entered seclusion. The time of the end of seclusion is unknown.

The Qi breakdown was the time were Qi started reducing till there was no more Qi in this world, it took a million years for Qi to be completely extinct from this world. When Qi became extinct every one of the remaining Cultivators in the world Of Hearth became mortals, they started to use their brains and created things that helped mortals to be almost as powerful as Cultivators. It was not until Two million years later did Qi return to this world after the appearance of the Game '#SURVIVAL ONLINE#'

The Game came before their first apocalypse, it was only after the end of their first 'Apocalypse' did Qi return.

After the Appearance of Qi, the world structure changed again and anything with a microchip was not able to work, the reasons were unknown, so they created a variant technology of things many times more advanced than Microchips.

"First tell me what happened?" Nux asked, he wanted to know what went wrong. Though he already knew that 'The thief' is missing he did not dare acknowledge that as that thing was something impossible.

'He has not escaped right?'

This question kept ringing like a bell again and again but he did not dare pay attention...that was utterly impossible. little did he know, that that was the answer

"T-he T..thief...he escaped!"

Alex did not dare waste more time as the faster she answers him the better for her, she had not even paid attention to the 'Thief's

last word before leaving.

"He what!" Nux exclaimed. He was utterly shocked. Just what in the hell did he miss, how did that mortal thief escape from the hands of four Cultivators, even a Cultivator in the same realm as them would have a hard time trying to escape?

He wanted to ask more but he knew more than anything else that now was not the time. He needed to act fast, the reputation of his father as a noble and the reputation of him as a son of a noble is at stake here, and they would be a laughing stock if they could not present the thief.

He let his aura pour out, his domain ability naturally pouring out with it.

Everybody within that vicinity shivered as a Strong, Sinister, Chaotic, Intimidating, Mysterious, and devouring aura enveloped them.

They realize that some of their abilities are restricted.

In this domain, Nux is King, and anything he does not ascertain to or give his consent to will be restricted. In this domain, no one could go against him, his every single word here is Law, and disobedience to the said Law has serious consequences. From crippling one's Cultivation to even instant death... anything and everything is Just waiting for him to give his order and that order shall be done in an instant.

In this domain, he could feel even the tiniest ant to the largest elephant. Nothing can escape his senses as far as they are in this domain. Even the tiniest microorganism would not be able to escape his sense.

To be able to chatter this domain, you got to be at least one whole realm higher than him. A person in a realm higher will not be affected by the rules and things of the sort, while a person two realms higher than Nux in Cultivation could chatter the barrier.

With that, he searched and tried to see if there was even a minute change to the environment. But everything looked normal.

He sighed and thanked God that this Guard thing does not affect his real mission to kill Leo.

When they all searched and could not find him, then they accepted the fact that the thief has escaped.

The one that caught The thief now remembered a crucial thing, something the thief had said before disappearing from this place.

"He said that we should meet him right in this place in two hours"

"Do you think that he was saying the truth, it was all a facade so that he will get the needed time to escape"

"What if he was not lying? it won't hurt to try"

"I there is any person in this world that you probably should not trust a single word that comes out from that person's mouth then it would be a thief, Anyways you are right when you say that it won't hurt to try" Alex replied.

Their situation now is dire, and the time he comes back would be their last chance to catch him. And any mistake in catching him would bring upon them a disaster.

A good reputation to a Cultivator is like the relationship between a child and a mother. And losing the reputation they had worked so hard to build is the last thing they would ever want.

It's all because Reputation affects their everyday lives, from buying things to selling things. Even Mutual trust between two different Cultivator parties is developed on the already-built reputation of the two parties.

Some Cultivators would rather die than let their reputation be destroyed, as it would not only affect them but also their families.

And a person's reputation is as fragile as an egg, just anything could destroy it.

While they were facing their dilemma, the person they are searching for is facing a 'dangerous' situation. Albeit, reaping benefits from the so-called 'dangerous' situation.
