Looking at Peter Brown with bright eyes, Maureen Martin asked somewhat uncertainly, "Husband Lord, is that you?"
Peter was also puzzled at this point, not expecting anyone to see through his disguise. He looked at Maureen and didn't hide anything, asking, "How did you know it was me?"
"It really is you!"
A look of surprise and joy appeared on Maureen's face.
"Yes, I'm back."
When Peter had left the three women, he didn't know what the other two were thinking, and didn't have any intention to meet them either. Now seeing Maureen's appearance, Peter still didn't know what her current thoughts were.
"I have a special ability to remember and recognize the scent of people I know," Maureen simply explained how she had discovered Peter.
Peter shook his head, feeling amazed at how there was always something unexpected. He hadn't thought that this woman would have such a method.
"I just came back from outside, so I'm not very clear about the domestic situation."
