19. An invitation 1

Walking under the bright sun, the breezing cold air of the sea wind and stepping on the cold water is the best thing in the world. Having your friends besides you add the fun and memories in our lives. Alexa dragged Ana and I to the beach where countless people were, some sat at the bunk of the sea under the umbrellas while kids run about the beach playing.

after a while of walking at the beach we sat down under the umbrellas. the sun was hot but the atmosphere was happy. Alexa and Ana were still arguing about Drake and I had enough of it.

"guys can you stop" I snapped at them and they quiet down. "you two are acting like elementary children. he is my brother and you two don't have the right over him. so can you stop you childish fights and let's enjoy the rest of the day" I finished but what happened next left me in embarrassment.

"this is isn't childish. if the one should stop it's her" Alexa said while Ana complained

"why should I? he like me the most so I won't let him go". and the fight continued. I should really get some cold drinks if I want a peaceful day

the small town had grown big than it was before. a lot of restaurant and stores and the people made it lively. this place was one a home now it has become a place to visit. a pang of sadness overwhelmed me and I sighed

"Denise!" a familiar voice called my name and turned to see who it was

"Chloe!" suprises I run to her and we engulfed in a tight hug

"oh my God it's you" she exclaimed as she hugged me one again "you grown so tall" she said I was tall for a girl, more like I looked like a model height. she was a little bit shorter than me the same height as Alexa. "how long has it been, two years"

"three, three years" I corrected. I had met Chloe three years ago during a party that my brother was invited and told me to tag along and the story continues. I lost her contact a year later and here we are

"what happened? you never responded to any of my messages not my calls. I was worried something happened to you but the news of your brothers all over told me otherwise. you can't go off like that to your bff" she nagged

"Yeah, am sorry" I said after she finished her nagging "many things happened but all well" I assured her

"am so happy to see you again. I missed you" she said hugging me again tightly "what are you doing here?" she asked

"I came with my friends for a vacation" I told her

"That's great, take me to them I want to meet them" she said excitedly "are they more beautiful than me? If they are…maybe or maybe not I will think about it" she said as she thought

"And you what are you doing here? Aren't you supposed to be…" she cut me off

"Thank God I met you. Tomorrow its sister's bachelor party and am inviting you over" she said as we walked from the store "am sure sister will be happy to see you" I nodded

"I didn't expect Hayden to be getting married so soon" I sad

"Me too, but hey it's her life and am happy for her. Come on hurry up I want to see them" she pulled me to her excitedly

"Chloe it's this way" I said and she laughed at her stupid self

"Oh right, you lead the way" I nodded

"finally you are back, I was thinking you got swallowed by the hot sun" Alexa said sarcastically as I put the drinks down a "I was about to go get you but Ana won't let me" Ana pouted "scared of those stupid boys over there" Alexa said taking a sip of the cold drink before looking at me startled then she frowned looking behind me "and who is she?" she asked

"Am Denise best friend" Chloe introduced herself "nice to meet you girls am Chloe" she said excitedly as Ana and Alex looked at me suspiciously

"Denise when did you get a best friend from? Are you cheating on us?" Alexa asked glaring at Chloe

"Hey am right here and for your information I was her first BFF and she isn't cheating on you" Chloe said and I bit my bottom lip not to laugh at their childishness

"You are lying. I have known her for thirteen years" Alexa said

"And I have known her all my life" Chloe stated with a smirk while Alexa scoffed

"What? That not true. I have never seen you…" I cut them off

"Come on guys you are both my best friends" I said

"No! You choose one" they both said glaring at each other and I gulped

"Why are you synching me" they both said glaring at each either

"This isn't our fight" I agreed with Ana as we sat down and enjoyed the drama between them
