No News Of Lu Yun Xi

"It was a difficult time for Yu Han when he was in the wheelchair. His mental health was not right at that time," Lu Guangting said. 

Grandma Shen agreed to those words. "Yu Han would shout at everyone around him. He was frustrated and scared thinking he might not be able to ever stand up on his feet. But God listened to us and made my grandson walk," she explained. 

Lu Mingli felt because of his eldest daughter Yu Han was again hurt. "Yun Xi never let us find out that she did not wish to marry Shen Yu Han because of his medical condition. I am extremely sorry on behalf of my daughter," she lowered her eyes in shame. 

"Mrs. Lu, don't be guilty of Yun Xi's act anymore. I am happy that Xi Xi agreed to marry Yu Han," Grandma Shen said with a smile. "They both make a great pair," she affirmed, and noticed that they had not taken the tea yet. "Please have the tea. The kids will be here soon," she affirmed. 

Lu Guangting smiled and handed the teacup along with the saucer to his wife first, then took the teacup for himself. 

"There is a wedding reception for Feng Xi and Yu Han the day after tomorrow. Mr. and Mrs. Lu can invite their relatives as well to this wedding reception," Grandma Shen announced to them. 

"Oh, yes. The wedding reception is important too. We will have limited guests from our side, Madam Shen," Lu Mingli asserted with a smile. 

"I wanted a grand wedding for both of them. But Yu Han was adamant about not having such an extravagance at his wedding. My grandson is tough to please. But at the wedding reception, nothing will be ignored," Grandma Shen told them with an enthusiastic tone. 

"Yes. Also, we were thinking of sending the kids on a trip, where those two can know more about each other," Lu Mingli suggested and waited for Grandma Shen's response. 

"I was also thinking the same. I am glad our thoughts align so much," Grandma Shen stated with a smile. "Surely, we will send them on a trip within this week," she added. The three of them continued their conversation regarding their kids. 

Outside the living room, Feng Xi and Yu Han finally stopped. She shot a sharp glare at him. "Why do you drag me as if I'm a rag doll?" Feng Xi was again irritated by his behavior, and she pulled her hand away from his grip. She caressed her wrist, which had reddened. 

"You make me treat you this way," Yu Han stated. "Praise me in front of your parents, or I have to tell them what you did today. Don't argue on this. Be a good wife even if you have to act as one," he pronounced. 

Feng Xi clenched her fists. "It is your fault to force me to marry you. So, now you have to bear my tantrums," she remarked and pivoted on her heels. "Don't make me work according to you. I am not your slave," she muttered as she stomped her foot on the floor and went back to the living room. 

Seeing them entering the living room, Grandma Shen asked them to take their seats and get involved in the conversation. 

"Feng Xi is still young, so I hope she doesn't annoy you," Lu Guangting suddenly said. 

"Dad, how could you say that? When did I annoy anyone?" she queried. 

Yu Han smiled when he heard that remark. "I know how to handle those who annoy me," he replied and held Feng Xi's hand. "Luckily, she doesn't do that," he lied while faking a smile at them.

"So, there's no news regarding Yun Xi. If she returns, make sure she doesn't come to me. I am not going to forgive her. That's your job, Mr. Lu. I hope you will keep that in mind," Yu Han asserted in his intimidating tone. 

"Of course, I will keep this in mind," Lu Guangting stated. 

"It's your fault for not telling my sister that you can walk," Feng Xi muttered. Both her parents and Grandma Shen glanced at her since her remark definitely irked Yu Han. 

"What did you say?" Yu Han asked. 

"You heard me already," Feng Xi replied and twitched her lips in annoyance. 

"Feng Xi thinks her elder sister is innocent and sweet like her. But she forgot that Yun Xi disrespected my late grandfather and his last wish!" He pronounced, making Feng Xi look at him. "Please enlighten your younger one on this and tell her not to blame me. If she does this again, I'll sue Yun Xi for a lot of other matters, which have come to my notice when she was betrothed to me!" 

This was an open threat to the Lu Family to feed in Feng Xi's mind how many favors the Shen family had done on them. "Please continue your conversation. I have an important matter to look into," Yu Han excused himself and left the living room. 

"Why did you do it, Feng Xi? You shouldn't blame Yu Han! He got angry and left," Lu Guangting stated. 

Grandma Shen asked Feng Xi's father not to scold her. "Yu Han is usually cold toward the people. Xi Xi, ignore Yu Han's remark," she said with a smile. 

"I didn't intend to upset him," Feng Xi murmured and pouted her lips in annoyance.
