Mark was already swinging out of the way using his chain, and he crashed through the window of another building as a massive explosion went off behind him.

Mark slid to a stop and walked over to the edge of the window, waiting patiently as the Armageddon neared. His comm buzzed, and Mark put his hand up to listen to the person calling. 

Surprisingly, it was Alec Ben who had called. Alec spoke in a professional tone that didn't show any emotion at all, and Mark couldn't tell if Alec Ben was happy or angry that he had to work with someone he was trying to arrest only a few hours ago.
