Chapter 36 Leo and Akshara’s marriage 4

Upon reading his texts, she grinned and dialed his number.

In the first ring, he answers the phone.

He says, "Finally."

Who told you to leave your bride alone on the wedding day, she asks?

That is a penalty.

Do you experience the same thing I do when you aren't present?

Okay, I guess I deserve this then, he responds.

"No, you deserve every happiness, including the happiness I have. I wish you all of them," she replies.

Even though I'm in pain, if you're happy, then I'll be happy too.

How can you say that, he asks.

You know that when you say something like that, my heart breaks into a million pieces.

You won't see me again if you ever say that.

How is it possible for me to be content with your happiness?

"Sorry, forgive me, because it's the night of our wedding," she says.

Speaking, Akshara says, "And what's that."

"Promise to join me for breakfast tomorrow."

Claims Leo.

"Okay, good night, prince charming," she concludes.

Akshara rises early the following morning compared to her regular hour.

She takes a shower while wearing elegant clothing, high shoes, a necklace on which she hangs her wedding ring, lovely earrings, and a bracelet that her father gave her for her birthday.

She approaches her father's bedroom in the second floor and knocks on the door.

Ayden regularly rises early in the morning.

He still regularly goes for a morning jog in the garden.

He converses with his laurel plants and spends some time in the garden in contemplation.

He then goes to his room and begins reading business publications and the newspaper.

You are early today, darling, he remarks.

"How do you know it's me papa?" she asks as she enters the room.

"I can sense your presence, darling," he says.

The way you walk, your favorite perfume, and the fact that you are my daughter.

For 18 years, I was your parent.

Then, after turning to face her, he asks, "This early, darling, any plan?

We are sharing breakfast, she says while blushing.

Can I leave?

Okay, he replies as he smiles and turns to face her.

Does he pick you up, or are you traveling by yourself?

It's too early, darling.

Should I take you?

"Don't worry, papa," she says.

Like you, he was concerned about me as well.

He's going to come get me.

Do you wish to speak with him?

Some other day, Darling, he says.

Are you mad, papa? she asks in a low voice.

You want to meet him, don't you?

Are you interested in him?

"I am extremely excited and I want to see him soon, darling," he says as he turns to face her.

Because I want you all to enjoy your breakfast today, I'm saying no.

You will miss the event you arranged when I meet with him since I will have a lot to discuss with him.

It doesn't matter if I like him or not as long as he protects, loves, and treats you like a princess.

And I will like him if he treats you with love, care, and concern.

She approaches him and gives him a hug.

"You two are the best people in this world, papa," she exclaims.

I'm confident that you two will get along well and appreciate one another if you ever meet.

As she makes her way to the road from her house, she finds Leo standing there with a bouquet of red roses for her.

"Good morning, darling husband," she says as she runs toward him while grinning widely. She gives him a firm hug.
