Chapter 22 Destiny’s Diaries 7

I went hospital today to get some pain relief medicine because I don't know whether the doctor will prescribe me that medicine abroad or not. I haven't talked with Aunt Beatrice for 3 months, I had been avoiding her call. What am I to answer her if she asked how I am doing?

After I came back from hospital, I remember I took the elevator but I lost consciousness. I had seen a familiar face holding me from falling down. When i woke up I was in the hospital. Daniel was there with me. I asked him in surprise, did you not leave the country?"

He ignoring my question asked," What happened to you?"

I said, "Nothing, just low blood pressure"

He said, "If you lie I will call Ayden here."

I said, "Nothing much. Just minor headache."

He insisted and said he will call Ayden so I said him. He looked so sad. I am sorry that he knew. I didn't want anyone to know about it but….

He said he came back to say final goodbye to me. Actually I am going to attend his university. It's just a façade, so he will trust that I am in love with Daniel and doing all this just for him. He asked me, what happened? Did he left because of this? Then he corrected himself, "No you left him because of this."

Yeah he is right. Even if there was 10 percent chance that I will recover, I wouldn't have left him but anything could happen after surgery, reappearance, paralysis and many more and I can't be a burden to him.

He insisted on taking me with him. I didn't have much choice. I accepted his offer. I will live another few months so it doesn't matter as long as Ayden knows nothing about this.

Ayden doesn't know what to do. He stands up and opens a drawer. He saw a beautiful jewelry box. He opens the box and saw the bracelet he gifted Destiny.

She had returned him the things he gave her but the bracelet was there. It was not expensive but she still had kept it with her.

There was a paper note inside and was written,

This is your memento Apollo. I will cherish it as long as I am going to live. I know how precious it is. You worked for two months to buy this present for me. Even though you have lot of money you decided to earn yourself for me. It means a lot to me.

She has known everything, the things he thought had hidden well also, she knew that. She didn't express much, it's not because she didn't know because she knew a lot.

She had an album full of Ayden's photos and she had named the album, Apollo's album. She used to click photos with her camera but he didn't know all were his photos.

He saw the recipe books in one part of the bookshelf. She used to say she loved cooking but it's just she loved cooking for him.

Now he missed her more than ever. He has been in the room for two whole days. He started looking like a zombie, dark and red eyes. He had had 15 glasses of coffee in those 2 days. He didn't turn on his phone. He lies in bed for a moment. He heard someone ringing the doorbell.

He goes and opens it. He doesn't seem to be able to stand and he falls down. Liam holds him from falling. Bella and Liam take him to the bed and cover him with a blanket.

They go to the supermarket because they don't find anything in the fridge. Ayden looks like he has not eaten for days. They bring fresh vegetables and fish and soup for Ayden. They prepare food.

Bella goes and checks her brother. He is fine, just he lacks rest and now food too. When Ayden shut his phone and turned his phone off, Bella was scared. She called her mother-in-law Beatrice and asked about Ayden. She said he went to live in the apartment. Then she said, "Ayden was asking about you. I think he misses you."

Bella called his office and the secretary said he is not coming office today. She is worried that she booked a ticket for the first flight. Later Liam said, let's go there and live. The work here will be handled by the staffs. If anything is needed I will come and look over it.

They take the taxi and come there and give the address to the grandma's house to their children.

When Liam looks around the house, he saw Destiny's diaries all over the place. He calls Bella and she comes over.

They read and they knew what Ayden is going through. They cried while reading the diaries.

They both knew Ayden and Destiny love each other but they never knew the extent of their love. There is no pure love than Ayden's and Destiny's. no one can love the way they loved each other.

When Ayden wakes up, he saw Bella and Liam. He asked, "What are you doing here? How did you get inside? Is everything okay?"

Bella said, "My stupid brother cut his phone, turned his phone off and didn't go to office for two days, what should happen? And now he even doesn't remember opening the door for us."

He looks at her and hugs her tightly and says, "I miss you a lot. Don't leave me again. You know what I miss my Daphne. What am I going to do without her?"

She couldn't say anything, she wiped her tears off and said, "Remember, you have Akshara."

Now he looks calm and composed when Akshara is mentioned.

They have their meal together and decided to go home together. Ayden will miss his Daphne more if her stays their even for a second.

Ayden calls a driver and they go home together.
