Chapter 18 Destiny’s Diaries 3

The following day, Ayden discovers the following diary and begins reading it.

Actually, he has a lot of stuff that he was unaware of.

He must be aware of her emotions as well as what transpired when she requested that he marry her best friend as evidence that he was in love with her (Destiny).

That thought was absolutely absurd.

Ayden had previously said, "If you ask to die here right now, I can do that; however, just do not put me through hell by asking me to marry someone else."

"I never loved you; do you think I love you?" she continued, her expression icy.

You were only a friend who happened to reside next door, so come on.

I thought it would be a nice idea to invite you to lunch and dinner because I was alone myself.

I apologize if I misled you, but I don't love you.

Yes, despite the fact that Ayden knew Destiny loved him, he initially believed what she was saying—that she had never loved him—to be true.

Actually, they've never engaged in any intimate physical contact.

Because he was aware of how much to Destiny that intimacy meant, she was never open.

He was aware that she was guarding every first for the man she wanted to spend the rest of her life with. He deduced that she never loved him based on all those deductions.

The diary was from the final chapter of their second year of college. He was certain that month was when Destiny had told him everything. Although he wants to read the diary, he still feels anxious about learning everything that happened and how it happened.

His entire existence would be a lie if, even for a few second, Destiny didn't like him or if all those feelings were incorrect and were recorded in a diary. He won't have a cause to continue being in this planet. He is terrified, anxious, and eager to learn about all that occurred but which he was unaware of.

He opens the diary, which reads as follows:

Greetings, diary

You know what, I'm going to ask Ayden to marry me. I don't believe he will ever ask me out. It will feel like I've loved him for two years. Does he not perceive love in my eyes for him? He is too pure, therefore I can't be furious with him. I want to tell him that I will continue to love him till the very end of my days.

In order to sense their presence while all those key occasions in my life are occurring, I shall get ready for the momentous day at my parents' hotel. I can only write this much today due to my workload. I'll keep you updated.

His eyes are welling with tears.

She intended to pop the question to him.

What then caused her to speak negatively and cause heartbreak to both of them?

He called his office and announced his cancellation of today's plans, as well as all of his meetings.

The following day is noted in the diary as follows:

Hello, diary

I reserved everything for the following day.

That day, I'm preparing his favorite meal.

He like the meals I made for him.

You might wonder why I'm being so direct.

What if he declines your offer?

You're insane

His affection for me is evident in his eyes.

I might not love as deeply as he does.

He is more expressive, whilst I am less so.

I cherish him.

He cares about me, even if I appear to care less about him.

His devotion for others is lovely since he never asks for anything in return.

He is such a gentleman and is aware of his limitations.

I will be pleased if I ever get to be his wife or lover.

Ayden becomes enraged at his younger self for even once questioning Destiny's love for him.

He turns to the following page, which has smudged ink.

He takes a close look.

He notices that the last several days were left out of the diary.

He feels afraid.

The diary was written again after a week.

He recalls that neither she nor her university were present at the time.

She claimed that she visited her grandparents.

What, however, actually transpired to her?

The next day, she didn't make him an offer.

He's so terrified.

Dear Diary was not written on this page.

I'm not sure what I should do at this point.

In the entire globe, I have no one.

How can I tell him about this, even if he is the center of my universe?

How can I burden him when I have never brought him joy?

Ayden starts to lose his cool.

What's become of his destiny?

And why did she care about him so much that she didn't want to worsen his situation?

Every new development does rip Ayden's heart into a million pieces.

How will he keep him under control?

He doesn't have somebody with whom he can communicate his emotions or anxieties.

He chooses to give Bella, his twin sister, a call.

After him, his sister Bella departed the house.

She also had arguments with her father, at first about Ayden and then over Liam.

She went away from home after her father attempted to end her relationship with Liam.

Only the brother and sister had communication, but it had been getting less and less in recent years.

Bella picked up the handset.

Do you even realize you have a sister? she sarcastically questioned.

Because he was in tears, Ayden ends the call.

His phone was turned off.

When Bella attempted to contact him back, the phone was off.
