Chapter 015- Arrangements

All of Rifat's acquaintances have already reached the designated place as they waited for Rifat to fully explain the situation. Rifat looked at their faces as he took a deep breath and said, "Thank you all for your patience. I know all of you are flabbergasted by the situation right now."

"Just a day ago everything was going well and now suddenly we are trapped inside a death game. For a normal person, I know that is a lot to take in. You might not believe me but I was also confused by this when Akihiko announced about us being locked here in this game just a moment ago."

"You are all my friends or at least a acquaintance. If I knew something like this would happen, I would have never let any of you log into this game. Just by looking at me who is also trapped with you guys, it should prove the fact that I was also unaware of this and got caught into Akihiko's traps." Rifat showed his floating panel to others to prove that he doesn't have the log out button either just like them.

"After Akihiko's announcement, I tried to contact the outside world. But when I tried to do that, I found out that Akihiko already canceled all of my authorities that I used to have in this game and now I am just a simple player who can only hope to clear the game in order get out of this virtual world." Rifat put up a show as realistic as he could in order to convince all of the people present.

"I have said all I can. Now whether you want to believe me or not, it's up to you. But as long as you think for a bit, you should be able to understand that if I really knew about this being a death game, I would have never made a joke with my life and come here to be trapped leaving the lavish lifestyle that I used to live." Rifat said as he looked at their faces to confirm whether his words are really being effective or not.

As they heard Rifat's words, those who are close to him, they already showed their support by saying that they trust him and believe fully that it has nothing to do with him. As for those who used to just work for him and not that close, they do have some doubts but decided not to voice it out and just go with the flow.

'Well, everything has been going well so far. Even though some of them are still quite suspicious, it doesn't matter. As long as I live in this game for a few weeks without showing any signs of logging out, they would fully believe me.'

'Anyway, my close friends are already believing in me and they already pushed all the blames to Akihiko Kayaba. Even though it feels kind of bad to lie to them, as long as they don't find out, it's all good.'

"Do you have any other questions for me? If not, I will be discussing the next part of our action." Rifat asked.

Klein raised his hand as he said to Rifat, "I do have a question. I have some friends that also logged into this game. Can I let them join our team? I can assure you that they will not drag us down."

"Since they are your friends, then they are welcome to join. And about the team, Kirito should have already told you that we have already created a party with 12 person. I don't want to add any more member into it otherwise it will get too crowded."

"So klein, I want you to create a new party and let the remaining people join it. I also want you to be their leader. Do any of you have any problem about this?" Rifat asked Klein and others who is going to join their party for any kind of disagreement.

As they all said no and Klein did agree to become the leader, the second party was finally formed.

"If any new member is interested to join the team, let them join the second party for now. As for whether you want to keep it in 12 or create another party when others join, it's up to you. But my suggestion is to not make the party too big otherwise you will have problem finding large amount of monsters to farm xp together."

"Also, this party system will only remain till we manage to reach the third floor and get the guild token. After the guild is created, I will reorganize everything and give everyone specific positions according to their abilities." Rifat said as he looked at everyone for any input they might have on this.

Seeing no one speaking, Rifat carried on as he said, "The only plausible way we can get out of this death game is by reaching the level 100 and defeating the final boss. So, we must do our best to get stronger as quickly as possible if we don't want to get trapped here for too long."

As Rifat was speaking, someone raised his hand and asked, "What if someone manages to hack into SAO and let us out? That way, we won't have to participate in any of the dangerous tasks and can relax during our time here."

"If it was any other game, I would have thought the same as you said just now. But this is a firat virtual reality game to be ever created. Except for Kayaba, none of the people in earth even the researchers that were involved in its creation are that adept in this technology. If they want to to get us out by hacking, then they would have to surpass Kayaba in knowledge which I don't see happening."

"As for someone finding a way to remove the helmet safely, that is even more impossible because from the way Akihiko designed it, it is directly connected to our brain and any interference with it might cause our brain to fry. So, instead of thinking of these unrealistic ideas which might or might not happen, we should focus on clearing the game for now."

"Anyway, as I was saying, we must get stronger quickly. For that, all of us who participated in the beta test will try our best to make you at least stay ahead of other players in the game. So, the main task for all of you from now on is to farm xp day and night."

"As a side quest, you can also try to get along with other players and let them know of our intention of creating a guild. Befriend them if possible. So when I do create the guild, it will be easier to get them to join. Any other question?"

Seeing no one raising their hands, Rifat concluded their meeting for now as he said, "I will book a whole inn for all of us. We will be staying there till we find a better place. Also, be sure to be present in the meeting that I will be holding every night and discuss about various topics and plans. Anyway, that's it for now. Let's not waste any more time and quickly get to farming xp."
