Watching her state, Masa was also a bit scared by himself since he had to say that he was quite cruel, yet probably because of his experience and how he hadn't fitted into this world yet, he needed a place to vent all of his stress.

Yet, watching his strong and firm thing, Carina sighed inwardly, feeling ashamed that she couldn't satisfy him, and for the first time, she hated her weak body. Still, as she watched him, she slept by her side; she didn't say anything, moving closer and leaning on him before she felt peaceful, as only by his side could she feel like this. 

Nevertheless, after a moment of rest, Masa tried his new ability of the Pika Pika no Mi that Masa had developed from the world of Mahouka. 

Unlike him, who was in the backward world, or Masa DxD, who was living in the magical world, Masa from Mahouka was a man of science, and there was no doubt that all the techniques that he had developed from Pika Pika no Mi were amazing, especially with his modern knowledge. 

Light. 

There was no doubt it was important. 

"Let there be light" was a phrase that came from Genesis 1:3 of the Torah, which showed how important it was, right? 

Without light, many things couldn't live, especially living beings, as many of them needed light to live. 

Yet, at the same time, in modern technology, light is also one of the most important things in developing future technology, especially in terms of communication. 

The future of communication is light.

So, a light was used, which was like how a certain billionaire would send thousands of satellites that orbit the Earth in low Earth orbit (LEO) to provide low-cost internet to remote areas instead of making a cable that connected one place to another.

It was because of the new ability that was developed from a Pika Pika no Mi by using the radio waves, which was one of the forms of light. At the same time, he also developed an optical communication technique using the Pika Pika no Mi, as having more options to communicate was more convenient, right? 

Like Enel, who could use the Goro Goro no Mi to read electric signals from afar, which made his sphere of perception span the whole country: thus, he gained a radar-like awareness of all the happenings in Skypiea while extending his attack range massively. Enel would surveil Skypieans and listen in on what they were saying so that, should he hear disparaging conversations. 

Masa could also do the same due to the optical communication and radio wave, which was part of light. Still, his power was more convenient as he could even create a hologram screen, which allowed him to sort out all of the information he gained like a computer. 

Still, because of this, he hoped that the plan of Masa from Mahouka to create the Isshiki Network would work, so that way, he would have an AI-like existence within his head that could help him to do many things; after all, he had to say, it was so tiring to use his mental computing ability. 

Nevertheless, as this plan needed to take time, he should focus and bear the exhaustion from this technique. 

Frankly, he was thinking of spying on the conversation of Marines to hear what they planned, so he could have a peaceful trip from their Den Den Mushi with his radiowaves manipulation, and as expected, he could do it and discovered that the Marines had surrounded the Saobody Archipelago, but fortunately, they didn't seem to intend to destroy this island. Instead, they carefully searched for his location, which made him laugh inwardly. 

Still, just in case, he communicated with the newspaper owners, telling them about the coming of Marines on the Saobody Archipelago and the possible genocide of all the people on the island. 

Nevertheless, he had to say, it was kind of fun to learn many unique things about the world with this technique, yet somehow, strangely enough, as he searched around, he found a certain wave that connected him to a certain server. 

'Wait, there is a server in this world?' 

Masa felt strange, wondering who was so smart that he could create a data storage identical to cloud storage in this world. Still, as he had found this data storage, there was no way he could let it go, especially given how curious he was, so he connected to it and was dumbfounded.

Yet, how could he not be surprised? 

After all, the data storage he was connected to was the data storage of the smartest man in this world, Vegapunk.

Well, it's only nine chapters, so it is a bit short, but it is quite a lot, considering the word count, I think.
