Syrio with the help from Iron Bank successfully contracts golden company, so currently Syrio lead thousands of sellswords and other thousands of first batch slaves. Rai and Davos already teleport to their group in the Westeros along with the dragoncoins.

"What the current news Daario" Rai asks

"I have received the news that Wode's man that already ahead of us, ready to receive you my lord." Daario explains.

"Good it's meant this afternoon we will start our rule in the Harrenhal. As soon as we arrive at the castle I want you help Davos to arrange the smallfolk or you would prefer to manage the castle repairment and defence, find everyone who have experience as builder and miner." Rai gives a further explains.

It takes about half month for Rai's entourage to reach Harrenhal from Kingslanding, as they bring so many goods and people. A long line of wagons could be seen from the broken tower of Harrenhal when the sun already halfway to the west.

Only about twenty soldiers left in the castle garrison when the Whent family took to custody of kingslanding. Half of them are new recruits that Oswold Wode, the landed knight, found by king ordered. So, it is easy for Oswald's son to persuade them to bow if Rai comes.

"There really are thirty five hearths in this hall" Davos speaks in awe to his lord as they enter the Great Hall of Harrenhal.

Rai smiles " The greatest fortress ever built: the tallest towers, the strongest walls, that what it was before the lizard burn down Harrenhal"

Then Rai continues after short breaks "That what our main target. I want to rebuild and repair this castle as soon as possible; Daario make sure you see this through. Next after having the greatest castle in Westeros, I want to have the largest city in Westeros, change Harrentown to Harrenburg. Davos and Mance will be the ones in charge of our new populations."

"What should I do my lord?" Strong Belwas asks, not willing being left off.

Daario scoffs "You can try be like me, handsome." Everyone around and even some castle soldiers laugh. Rai put his hand on Belwas's arm, so Daario save for this moment.

"You patrol around with Greyworm, I am sure just your present alone, will help peasants being law abiding citizen. You could help Davos build houses for our people." Rai tells his biggest companions.

"Each day at least we will have more five to six thousand new citizens, we should have near four hundred thousand citizens in near future." Mance speaks up.

Rai nods "That's why we will build houses, a lot of them. This will be mean we need tons of materials. Davos buy these goods from surrounding lord and make sure they feel happy with the price. Lowering their guards to us is our current primary target.

Rai wants to use the Harrenhal immediately, so he will not wait for builder finish their work, he asks dwarves in Highfall to repair Harrenhal in the middle of night. The builder can focus later to build his new city, Harrenburg.

Two weeks later, in a land, what soon be called Harrenburg already so crowded, it is already contain hundred thousand people. Thanks to freefolks and mountain tribes from the isle of faces, slaves, peasants from surrounding lands, and sellswords from Essos that already arrived along with Syrio.

Golden company stand guard in garrison of the castle, it is so huge, as they need to spread themselves thin, Belwass found it annoying to walk around, so he and Greyworm lead the castle defence. Other sellsowrds patrol around Rai's land lead by Daario. Syrio currently accompany his Lord teaching Missandei something the lord calls water magic at the sore of the Gods Eye.

"I hear a rumor about King's wedding along the road back home my lord." Syrio confers with Rai.

"Yes, the raven and message arrived yesterday. Robert of Baratheon will marry Cersei of Lannister this summer, so around four months later, westeros will have a queen."

"You, Belwass and I will attend the ceremony. Tell Davos to buy a customize swan ship from the summer islands as our wedding gift." Rai continues.

After give acknowledgement of his Lord order, Syrio asks "Who are they my lord? the one with Missandei."

"They are Orphans of the Greenblood, From Dorne they are the descendants of the Rhoynar. Long ago their people practice Water Magic, they even defeated Valyrian dragons with their magic. This lake will be our main defense in future." Rai watch as the girl faithfully study hard as he commands.

The Rhoynar are one of the three major ethnic groups from which the humans of Westeros descend, the others being the Andals and the First Men. They were a culture of river-faring people who dwelt on the banks of the immense river Rhoyne in Essos. After being forced to flee in ten thousand ships during the Rhoynish Wars with Valyria, the surviving Rhoynar eventually settled in Dorne in southern Westeros.

"Missandei I wants you to lead our magic corps, as ever enemy or even the dragons come to our lands you will drawn them in this lake. I will find more friends for you and get together what will be your followers." Rai told Missandei his plan at the first night they arrive in Harrenhal.

"What magic I have to learn my lord?" Missandei asked. Rai totally sure his little companion can easily learn magic as she is kind of genius.

Later as Rai and Syrio continue discuss while watch Missandei learn. Greyworm comes to inform that the wargs already in their position and will supplying informations of all riverlands to harrrenhal.
