She held her breath feeling an invisible hand run up her back. "It will be my pleasure to shower you with all the love you crave," he said in her ear.

Just as she was getting used to the feeling, the hand was no longer there. She felt empty inside knowing that he was no more with her.

She released the breath she was holding and smiled weakly not letting her disappointment show on her face. She stole a glance at the window of the forbidden chamber and found that the eyes were no longer there. They had vanished as fast as they appeared to her.
