Amending Constitution

As the US Forces returned Constitution to their home base, the scientists began to tear her down and give her the same overhaul they'd done for Liberty Bell. Juno and her team were scrambling to fix her when the reports began to flood the base.

Bubba had taken a recon team out to assess the immediate threat to their base. Bubba and his team were pinned down by NWO Hunters, assassins who took care of the NWO's dirty work. Bubba and his team held out for as long as they could, but Bubba and his team had become casualties of the New World Order. 

With agreement of the entire Key Counsel, the Americans mobilized a task force, "The Star Spangled's Last  Hope," they the heroes who had arisen within the ranks of those from Lots, those from Ottawa. The Ghost of Ottawa and the Overlord of Ottawa would be leading the task force in parts. Their mission was clear, make the NWO pay for killing Bubba. As the team left the base, Americans lined up and saluted them on their way out. The NWO Hunters were camped outside of D.C when the task force descended upon them. 

The Ghost and Overlord murdered the Hunter Leader as the others hung the remaining hunters. The Ghost and the Overlord loaded Bubba's body in the back of one of the trucks they'd brought. The two were silent as they drove back and began the memorial for Bubba.

"Today...We honor an American Hero. Bubba and his team had be instrumental in building this great nation back into what we all have now. The New World Order has seen it fit that we are to be killed off, and with this in mind, I turn the microphone over to the Ghost of Ottawa.

"Bubba was a hero, and we will do more than honor his memory. ON THIS DAY! I, THE GHOST OF OTTAWA, STAKE MY NAME AGAINST THE NEW WORLD ORDER! We, your heroes who have championed this nation, will being an all out war against the New World Order. They have toyed with us long enough! It is time we got serious and inflicted some serious damage against them. WE HAVE CONSTITUTION BACK! WE WILL BRING DOWN THIS THREAT AGAINST OUR NATION!"

The Ghost stepped back and he and the Overlord marched a lit torch toward the funeral pyre where Bubba laid. As the fire took hold and burned Bubba's body, the embers of war were carried into the air, Americans began donating metals and more to getting their heroes ready to fight. This memorial was more than a simply parting of dead and living, it was the rise of the American Heroes. A fighting battle cry that America wouldn't be silenced, wouldn't simply lay down and die. 

As the fire burned brightly in everyone's mind, the Ghost and Overlord looked to each other and with a firm handshake sealed the fate of America. A fight was on, coming, going and ending.
