Everyone is Going to be Mutant

The forest outskirt

Roland and the others are running to avoid the giant crocodile chasing. The creature now is going out from the forest to chase Roland and friends.

The creature has eaten at least three of the Spike Rose gang members ie Yue, Stacy, and Ron. So, the remaining gang members currently are only seven people left.

"Poor Stacy, Yue, and Ron. They are heroes. They sacrificed theirselves to the creature." Billy runs while looking at back.

"Oh, no! It is right behind me! Someone please help me!" Mila shouted panicly while she fell and the creature is getting closer to her.

"God damn it! Mila, get up quickly and run here!" Roland just shouted without bravery to go close to Mila.

Mila just screams when the creature opens it's mouth to eat Mila. But something happens.

A lightening suddenly hits the creature until it cancels to eat Mila. Beside that, suddenly rain comes. Sky is becoming dark.

The lightening comes again hits the giant crocodile until it runs away into the forest.

Mila and the others just stare to the creature run into the woods. But they know that the lightening comes again and almost hits one of them.

"Run! The lightening will hit us if we are still here. Come on!" Keira shouted while grabbing Mila's hand and pulling her.

The Spike Rose gang members are running to avoid the lightening attack. They are keep running until they arrive to an abandoned village.

At the village, they can see a city in distance.

"Be carefull, guys. This village is empty but maybe there are zombies here," Roland said while looking at an abandoned house.

The house looks like so creepy. It's walls are full of blood splash.

"The house has been left since several hours ago. The blood splash is very suspicious. Maybe there were a massacre here before us coming. But I don't see dead body," Kim spoke with trembling voice.

"Don't move, guys. I heard something weird inside the house. What next creature will come to us?" Billy spoke while holding his movement.

Everyone are stopping to move. They hears the sound that Billy meant. Then they go back slowly while holding breath.

But suddenly the house explodes hurling material in all directions. After the explosion ended, a creature like a human which has a big and tall body appears from the house ruin.

The creature is a zombie, of course. It seen from it's pale and cracked skin. The big zombie is screaming loudly while looking at Roland and friends.

"Guys, run!" Roland shouted while starting to run followed by the others.

But the big zombie is very fast. It caught up one of them that left behind.

"Talisa!" Keira shouted while Talisa grabbed by the zombie.

"Holy, crap! Hold on there, Talisa!" Kim shouted while turning to Talisa who are screaming in fear.

"Where are you going, Kim? Are you trying to commit suicide?" Roland shouted and stopping his run.

"I must save Talisa! She is my friend. She has given me hope before this," Kim replied while running to the zombie while holding a machette.

Kim attacks the zombie left leg but the creature can avoid. Then it punches Kim face until destroyed. The blood from Kim face splashes.

"Kim! Noooo!" Roland and the others shouted when looking Kim severely injured.

"God, help me! Help Kim too! I don't wanna die like this!" Talisa screamed in the clutch of that zombie.

Suddenly a gunshot heard followed by the zombie fall. The zombie head is destroyed by a shotgun bullet that shot by a someone approaching Roland and the others.

"Mr. Wen?" Roland spoke when knowing who the guy is.

"Kein?" Kim is in serious wound spoke while lying on the ground.

"Oh, god!" Kein spoke while looking at Kim condition. Then he approaches Kim but blocked by Keira and Roland.

"What will you do, freak? Are you trying to become a care one?" Keira spoke sharply.

Kein stops his move. Then he looks at Keira with sad look.

"Why do you still hate me? I have never tried to hurt you. Girl, this is not time to make a hostility. The enemy is just one, the living deads," Kein spoke while staring at Keira.

"You talk to much, freak! I will kill you right now! I can't forget what you have done to me!" Roland said sharply while hitting Kein with his barbed wire bat.

"Stop it, boy! Stop it before I kill you!" Wen shouted while resisting Roland attack. Then he pushes Roland until falling to the back.

"Why do you defend him, sir? What is the special from this pathetic man?" Keira said angrily while gazing at Wen.

Wen gazes to Keira while smiling bitterly.

"He can kill you if he wants. But he will not do that because he has a principle. A good principle that will save everyone who survives," Wen said then looking at Talisa who is trying to treat Kim's wound.

"Don't make a bullshit, sir. You were only an official inside the wall. What do you know about him? He is just a coward. An unskilled man and very useless," Keira spoke with rejection tone.

Kein approaches Keira closer. He looks at Keira eyes for a long makes the girl looks at him cynicly.

"What do you want, freak? Are you trying to threat me?" Keira spoke while looking at Kein face.

"I am not your threat. Your threat is the walkers, the zombies. Of course they are our threat. To face the threat, we need to work together. We are not superhero. We are only human. We can't face the zombies alone. Are my words right?" Kein said without taking his eyes off Keira.

Keira doesn't answer. She admits on heart that Kein words are true but she is still doubt because her ego is high.

"Don't listen him, Keira! Or I will kick you out from my gang," Roland said after getting up from his fall.

"I will not listen him. His words are just shit! He's still a loser!" Keira answered.

"Keira?" Kim said weakly. "I will be dead soon. If you keep your ego and listening Ronald say, you and the others will be like me or worst. You will be a zombie. All of you will be the living deads soon. Before I die, I remind you to listen Kein's words. If you don't, then you are already dead!"

Everyone are staring at Kim. They feel surprised by Kim words.

But ego is ego. Keira keeps to listen Roland words.

Kein just smiles while looking at an empty place.

"It's okay. I will not force you to listen me. Your fate is on your hands. I am a nobody. I will not keep you because you are free one. So, on this place we part," he said. "Take care yourself. I am sorry about Kim. He has gone."

It turned out that Kim has gone forever when Keira argued with Kein.

"Kim, nooo!" Talisa cries while holding Kim body. Meanwhile the other just staring at Kein.

Kein, Wen, and Helen decide to leave Roland and friends but two of them follow them.

"Mila? Khadija? You follow us?" Wen said while looking at Mila and Khadija.

"I was boring to follow Roland ego, sir. He is an asshole who can't do anything to save my friend. We lost Stacy, Ron, Yue, and Kim because of his useless, sir," Mila said with sad tone.

"So you were leaving them?" Helen asked.

"Yes, maam. We leave them. But I want Keira, Talisa, and Billy follow us too. But Ronald, drop dead!" Mila answered.

"So where will go, sir?" Khadija asked to Wen.

"Our destiny for now is a city that safest namely CITY OF PEACE. I don't know where the city is exactly but we will know soon," Wen answered.
