Marielle’s mind was racing inside of her head. Could the dancer Miss Anya’s relatives be people that they already knew? People in the fashion industry like Francie’s aunt or Kiara’s aunt?
“It could be anyone in the fashion industry,” Marielle tried to reason with herself. “But why would the victim appear to us? She wouldn’t appear to us if we weren’t able to help solve her mystery?” Marielle asked herself.
“Thank you so much for the wig and the drinks,” Clifford was saying while Marielle tried to make sense of the haunting situation.
“I think it’s time to go now before your grandmother gets stressed out,” Clifford said, addressing Marielle.
“Okay then,” Marielle responded. She then turned to Cheri next to her.
“Was this your first haunting experience?” Marielle asked in a gentle tone.
Cheri looked at Marielle with a blank expression on her face.
“Ok, it’s alright. You don’t have to answer now. Maybe it’s better if you also got out of here now,” Marielle suggested.
