Chapter 14

Today Shido didn't come to class, and I received a complaint from Tamae about my absences and how I should care more about my future. Honestly, if it were up to me, this world wouldn't have a future, so these classes aren't really important. I'm here only because of Shido.

"Aurélio-san, I see that Shido-san missed class today... do you want some company?" Kurumi says with a suspicious smile.

"Sure, why not."

At lunchtime, I pay for both of us and we head to the terrace.

"So, what did you find out that made you want to talk to me?"

"Nothing much, Aurélio-san. I just want to build your trust in me... Shido-san is quite interesting, don't you think?" It seems she's discovered Shido's ability.

"And I didn't know you liked little girls, hihihi," she says with a giggle.

"What's with the conversation? How do you mean I like little girls... Kotori."

"You should stop watching me all the time. Don't you get bored?"

"Aurélio-san is quite interesting, so I'm never bored," she says, now sounding like a stalker.

That's probably why Kotori spoke to me when she saw me. Shido must have entered Yoshino's ice dome, and the necklace I gave must have activated. Since she can't talk about Spirits, she came and asked me to stay away.

I can't even imagine what she might do in that week. Of course, she'll probably think she can keep it indefinitely as long as she shoots herself and makes time go back... but that won't work.

I'll use my power to maintain this state. My Reiryoku is fundamentally Divine power; she has no way to replenish it, so even if time rewinds, she won't be able to sustain the state.

It won't be too complicated; it's related to her eye. I just need to reverse its original functionality and infuse it with my Reiryoku so it will use it as if it were time. Surprisingly, just a little Reiryoku is equivalent to an insane amount of time for her eye.

I notice her expression freeze in disbelief, then I see a deep desire in her eyes, as if she wanted to devour me.

"Aurélio-san, are you serious?" she asks, but her voice doesn't seem to have much doubt.

"Yes, I'm being quite honest." She doesn't seem surprised that I know about her 'weakness.'

"Hihihi... Aurélio-san, this proposal is almost too good... Why are you after Nia Honjo?" she asks with curiosity in her voice.

"... I want to get her on my side... or eliminate her, whichever comes first." I don't need to hide this from her.

"You said your time is limited from last time, so now is the moment. Accept or not... I won't make this offer again." It's true; I don't plan to offer this again. If we make another deal, I'll offer something else.

"Of course, I accept, Aurélio-san," she says with a huge smile on her face.

"Then call the Original, so we can finalize the deal," I tell her.

"Aurélio-san, I never thought you'd make such a tempting offer," a Kurumi in Astral dress appears from the shadows. I can't distinguish if she's the original unless she uses the Angel... but I don't think she would send a clone when there's a chance of ruining this deal.

"Well, I really need to find Nia, so it's beneficial for both sides." I need to sort things out with her before Isaac finds a way to get Rasiel.

I extend my hand to Kurumi, which she takes and grips. I notice the desire to "devour" me in her eyes. I wonder how great Kurumi's time increase would be if she managed to kill me.

"Ara ara, Aurélio-san, maybe I am," she says with a playful tone.

"Then I'll see you tonight..." I say while grabbing my lunch and starting to eat.

Now it's night. Kurumi and I are walking down the street. She sent the "Original" for some reason.

"Why did you come personally?" She would usually be very cautious with her real body.

"Because you said you'd show me something interesting."

"Aren't you afraid I'll kill your original?" I really have doubts about that.

"... Would you kill me?" she tilts her head and asks as if the possibility of me doing that now were impossible.

"Maybe... if you become a problem, but for now, you're very useful."

She's the second best at gathering information and unlike Nia Honjo, she's someone evil who doesn't mind committing crimes.

"So where are we going at this hour?"

"To Shido's house."

"What are we going to do there?"

"Hahaha, something fun," I say with a laugh.

"When are you going to do what you said?"

"When you find Nia... as soon as you tell me where you found her, I'll do my part and then you'll take me to Nia."

"Don't you think I'd trick you?" she says with a serious voice.

"No... not on this matter at least, because my trust is worth more than what you can gain by killing me or betraying me, don't you think?"

"You're so assertive, Aurélio-san. I wonder if you're also assertive in other areas," she says, teasing me.

"Want to find out?"

"Maybe in the future, only time will tell." We fall silent after this brief exchange until we arrive at Shido's house.

"So now that we're here, what will you do, Aurélio-san?"

I activate my Astral attire and climb onto the roof, with Kurumi following me. When I pass through the window, I see Shido sleeping.

"Now I'll show you why I spend so much time with Shido. Could you use your shadows so we can enter his room quietly?" She doesn't respond but creates a shadow hole through which we pass.

"Look closely, Kurumi," I say as I approach Shido.

I start activating the reversal on his body. I could do this instantly, but I want to see his body change visibly.

In place of Shido now is a beautiful girl with long, dark blue/light hair. She has moderate breasts—neither large nor small—and her hips and thighs are smooth with a soft yet well-defined look, perfectly complementing her body with smooth, well-shaped curves. She must be around 1.55 meters tall. She still retains Shido's general characteristics; you could even say she's Shido's twin sister.

Her eyes are probably brown.

Overall, she is a very pretty girl with a cute appearance. I lift the sheet she's using to admire the work of art I've just created.

Of course, her gender is now perfectly that of a woman, as it is the exact opposite of what she was. This means that Shido, now Shiori, can even have children like a normal woman.

The only thing that hasn't changed is her mind; after all, the reversal was only in her body. But that won't be a problem; I didn't spend the last few months talking to Shido for nothing.

I wonder what kind of face the beautiful Shiori will make tomorrow when she wakes up. I decide to write a note that says, "Your name is Shiori Itsuka," and place it in Shiori's shirt. Just imagining what Shiori will think of the note brings a smile to my face.

"You..." Kurumi starts to speak but is at a loss for words.

"I'm a sick, maniacal, crazy person. If those are the words you're thinking, they're all correct." A sane person wouldn't transform someone into the opposite gender against their will.

"But it's not like you didn't know I was like this." She knew very well what kind of person I am when she approached me.

"Aurélio-san didn't know you had these...preferences," she says, trying to lighten the heavy mood.

"Oh no, Shido isn't just looking like a girl; she's a perfect girl in every physiological or biological sense. She can even have a child now. Speaking of a child, I wonder what a child of mine and Shido would be like? Would they inherit our powers?"

I'm not worried that someone might undo what I've done with Shido; it's simply impossible for anyone...at least in this world. I know there's that spirit that changes things, but it wouldn't succeed.

While destroying various cities, an event now known as the "Spatial Rain," I tested many things and discovered the hard way what happens to anyone who tries to interfere with the Reversal.

To test it, I used it on a person and kept them like that. Then I tried to remove it in various ways without using the Reversal. The result:

Various injuries and broken bones in my body. Similar to being kicked by a weapon, I was thrown through several buildings while being crushed by some force I couldn't see.

And all tests ended similarly, although nothing happened to the person in question.

That's why I know if that spirit tries to fix Shido's gender, it will only hurt itself in the process without achieving anything in the end.

Change of POV:

I wake up and get up; strangely, the world seems a little larger in my view. But I'm too tired to care. I go to the bathroom to brush my teeth and notice that the sink seems a bit higher.

"Strange, is the sink higher?" I whisper to myself, not noticing how my voice is much more feminine than usual.

I go downstairs to make breakfast for the girls, who will soon wake up. While cooking, I notice that everything in the kitchen also seems a bit larger, and my hands are smaller.

They are also delicate and soft.

"What's happening today..." As I question quietly, I hear someone scream.

"WHO ARE YOU?" The owner of the voice is Kotori, who has come down for breakfast.

"Kotori, what are you talking about? It's me, Shido?" It's strange because she's asking this.

She pauses momentarily, analyzing me. I feel her gaze scanning me from top to bottom.

"Kotori, I know I didn't change clothes since yesterday, but I was tired. I'll take a shower soon." Then I notice something strange and momentarily place my hand on my throat.

"Why is my voice so high?" I whisper to myself, now realizing that my voice is not what I'm used to.

I hear footsteps and see Tohka and Yoshino coming down the stairs.

"Kotori, why did you scream...and who is this girl?"

"Girl? Tohka, what are you talking about?" I don't understand why Tohka is looking at me and calling me a girl.

"Oh, oh, what do we have here? It seems Shido-kun has a twin sister," says Yoshinon, a puppet in Yoshino's hand.

"Twin sister? Yoshinon, I don't have a twin sister?" I start to get suspicious of this situation while I begin to feel my body to see what's wrong.

"Shido?" Kotori asks, making me stop momentarily to look at her.

"Yes?" I respond.

"No way...Shido, is that you?" Kotori says in disbelief.

I look back at my body. Now that my exhaustion has dissipated due to the commotion, I notice how my body has feminine curves, medium breasts, smooth legs and thighs, and a style that matches the rest of my body. I place my hand on my hair and follow it down, noting how long it is, reaching my waist.

I place my hand on my face and see how soft and well-shaped it is.

"Is this some kind of joke?" I say in disbelief, unable to process what has happened to my body.

"WOW, it seems Shido-kun has become Shiori-chan hahaha," says Yoshinon, laughing at the unusual situation, while Yoshino looks concerned.

"Kotori, tell me this is some kind of joke."

Kotori slightly averts her gaze, unsure whether to look at what was once her brother.

"Shido? Is this really Shido? But he's not a boy?" says Tohka, not understanding what happened to me.

Not caring about the food on the stove, I run quickly to my room, force open the door, and slam it behind me as I enter. I run to my dresser and grab a mirror to look at myself.

"haha...impossible," I say, not believing what I see as I fall to the floor with my legs bent backward, forming a V shape.

The reflection in the mirror is a cute girl with dark blue/light hair and clothes that don't fit well, creating an almost indecent image that visually stimulates lust.

She looks so much like me before that she could really be my twin.

I notice a note in my shirt.

"Your name is now Shiori Itsuka," it says.

In total disbelief over my transformation, I'm frozen in place, sitting in the same position.

From this position, I notice that my junior has disappeared, and what was once there is now flat.

I hear someone knocking on the door.

"Shin, it's Reine. You need to come with us so we can figure out what happened," says Reine through the door.

"Shido, I don't know what happened, but we can help. Open the door," says Kotori, unsure whether to open the door herself or give Shido more time.

Meanwhile, Shido can only think about how crazy this situation is, wanting to cry over this insane situation which feels impossible to resolve, where his instincts tell him he will be a woman forever now.
