Inside a modern house on the second floor, a young man is struggling to get up as the loud and sharp sound of the alarm is going on, the young man stretches his hand out of his sheets to turn off the alarm, the alarm stopped and silence filled the bright room again.

But right after five minutes, the alarm went off again and the young man turned it off again, this process continued for three times before the young man finally snapped out of his sleep and lazily got up from his bed, he rubbed his eyes and dook a deep sigh.

"Fuck!!! I hate Mondays" He said while yawning and stretching his arms, he then looked at his digital table clock which also acted as his alarm.

"I need to get to Professor Newmon's lab soon, his research has come to a critical juncture and he needs as much help he can get right now". He said and got off his bed and walked into his bathroom and looked at his own reflection on the mirror.

The young man stood at five foot ten inches, has a decent body with a defined chest, defined arms, a flat abdomen with the slight definition of abs very clear and his legs are also strong and defined as he goes for a run every day.

The young man always believed that for a healthy mind one needs a healthy body so he made sure to always have a healthy body, he washed his face, wore his hoodie and track pants, put on his headphones, and walked down the stairs with music playing on his headphones.

Once he got down into the living room, he looked at the couch and noticed a half-naked middle-aged man sitting there with his arms around his mother watching the morning news, and the man is not his father.

Well, he really doesn't care, his mother never had a stable relationship with anyone, after his father left her she was broken, till now she has had multiple partners but none of them stayed behind for too long, from a very young age he has seen his mother with many men and in his mind, this man will also be just another man in her life.

"Mom, do you need something?"

He asked as he picked up some cash from the table.

"Oh Shawn honey, can you bring some milk on your way back?"

She asked as she turned her head and looked at him with a smile.

"Sure mom". He said and looked at the news as he got interested in the thing that is being broadcasted right now.

Hearing the news Shawn was surprised, the terrorist who just got assassinated is not some chump, he killed the strongest hero in a blink of an eye, the terrorist who just got assassinated really had mind-blowing powers and it is not a figurative way of saying it, the terrorist had to power to blow anyone's mind by just looking at them.

If thousand people stood in front of him, he could blow the minds of thousand people at once, he was a really dangerous terrorist and ranked 1 as the most dangerous person in the world and for somebody to kill him, it surely meant that the assassin is very strong as well, the world governments should be proud of themselves for hiring this assassin to do the job.

Hearing the news Shawn is a little happy. A scum and threat to humanity is dead, being a very normal person he is always scared of dying all of a sudden because some nutcase with a superpower decided to go wild and kill people.

He looked at his mother who started to kiss the middle-aged man, he didn't mind it because he is now immune to it, he really didn't care much about his mother at all because he never received the affection of a mother, she didn't beat him nor she abused him, she just ignored him.

He grew up all on his own, she doesn't have much money so he finished his studies by getting a scholarship, and him being a smart kid helped him a lot to get those scholarships, he didn't go down a dark path because he also made good friends.

He ignored his mom and her lover and walked out of his house and went on his run, since he lives inside a city, he could already see many vehicles on the road even though it is just 7 AM in the morning.

He started to jog towards the park close by, once he got into the park he did some laps and enjoyed the view, the park was the only place in the city where someone could feel closer to nature because the city is not a place where one can have peace of mind with all the noise that is going on.

Are running in the morning is not a bad thing at all, many young women wearing tight pants also visited the park and they definitely helped improve his experience, once he was done lapping the park multiple times, he went back to his house.

On his way, he stopped at a mart to buy some milk and stopped at a coffee shop to drink some coffee, as he sat down and took a look at the newspaper on the table with the headlines.

He doesn't look anything like a human at all so people are a little indifferent about him, some say he is good because he has been seen helping so many people in his city while others believe that he is a monster trying to hide his true intention behind his hero gimmick.

Shawn really didn't care, he thinks that Spider Monkey is a good guy and even if he is not, Shawn still likes this guy because there are many videos of Spider Monkey actually helping people by either saving their lives or catching criminals.

Even if it's just a facade he is still making some lives better than destroying all like a certain terrorist that just died.

Once he was done with his coffee he returned to his house.
