Chapter 21: Smol Doggo meets Big Doggo

Artreus had dealt with the various mushrooms that chose to attack him while in his Direwolf Form.

Angel never saw him use his shape-shifting powers so she was ecstatic and as giddy as a school girl, and begged to ride on his back. He agreed as he found it quite funny how Angel was trying to fuse her face to his soft smooth fur and refused to let go.

He spared any others but kept the corpses of those he did kill, in his System Storage.

Maybe he can make some warn marshmallows from it in his Agheel form.

Once at the Large double doors of the bride, he opened with just a touch of his paw, they Large doors the Size of a building, swung open magically on its own.

A gigantic grey wolf, the size of a double decker bus, appeared from behind a enormous monument.

Artreus: "Sif"

It was a little strange given that a small wolf like him, had spoken in a Human voice, while gazing up at a wolf that is more then 8 times his size.

???: "Sif. Move away, so I may see them."

Artreus heard the voice from behind the Grave of Artorias. What he saw had shocked him to his core, almost as if Gwyn had thrown a Sunlight Spear directly at his Heart and Soul. He had then reverted back to his Human Form immediately and called out the name out of pure shock.

Artreus: "Ciaran!"

Artreus: 'How the Fuck is she still alive?! Why is she still alive?!'

Ciaran: "Artreus?!"

Artreus: "Yes."

Artreus only said a simple answer. As much h as he had wanted to scream out at the top of his lungs "Yes, and how do you know my name?!", he held it back so that he could learn more about the possible relationship between them.

This didn't seem to work as Ciaran seemed to notice taht he did not wear his Armour and came to the conclusion that The Artreus before her, is notbthe one she is familiar with.

Ciaran: "Why have you come Artreus?"

Artreus: "The Covenant of Artorias. I have come for it. Hand it over and I will be on my way."

Ciaran: "*Sigh* Take it. Its not like I can stop you even if I tried. Just remember to take your ashen haired friend with you when you go backwards."

With that said, Ciaran mounted Sif, and began to run deep into the surrounding woods.

Artreus: "Something must have happened differently in the DLC or the past before The First Sin was committed. I will need to go back in time, sooner than I initially planned. She said 'ashen haired friend' and 'when I go backwards'. Was she saying to take Ciri with me when I go backwards in Time?"

With these thoughts in his mind, Artreus left the Grave of Artorias. It was only just then taht he had realised that Angel had fallen asleep while still holding onto his back like a Koala.

He used his Elder Blood to teleport to the Lake Hydra where Dusk's Cave is, to begin his preparations to go back in Time.
