The thought sent a shiver down his spine. 'Without a martial soul, my parents might have given up on me entirely. Worse, being the first one without a martial soul could have drawn the attention of some dark soul master, eager to study me, trying to uncover why I didn't have a martial soul. They might have even tried to become the next Grandmaster by using me as their experiment.'
A small sigh escaped him as he realized that it wasn't just his abilities that had shaped his path, but a stroke of fortune as well. Determined to work even harder to rely on his strength rather than luck, Tian Ren continued to analyze his status.
The Spiritual Power section caught his attention next. It interested him, though it made sense considering the drastic changes his soul had undergone during the integration of his new physique. The destruction and subsequent remaking of his soul had undoubtedly elevated his spiritual power. The high level of spiritual power was a pleasant surprise and worth the torment he had endured.
This newfound awareness also explained why he could perceive the world with such clarity—a sensation he initially dismissed as just another effect of his physique integration and the memories inherited from the Sukuna template.
As he scanned his skills, one in particular stood out. A new addition he didn't remember having was metamorphosis. 'Could this be because of my attempt to revert to my original form, or perhaps a hidden function of the physique that I accidentally unlocked?' he wondered. Making a mental note to inquire about it with the system later, he pushed the thought aside for now.
Lastly, Tian Ren noticed an increase in his Reverse Cursed Technique level by two points. While it was not entirely unexpected, it confirmed what he had already sensed. The only reason his body had survived the brutal integration of the cursed physique was that the system had used his body as a medium to channel reverse cursed energy at an intense rate. The process had forced his body to learn and adapt to the flow of Positive cursed energy, resulting in a significant upgrade in his technique.

It became clear to him that the system didn't price these techniques based on the original user's power level but rather on their potential, versatility, and overall lethality.
