Tier 0 Breakthrough Potion

After sleeping for a long time I woke up. I looked through the window and saw it was already dark.

Seeing this I looked at the sky and saw two moons. It made me realize that I was in the Auzilan continent. It's the place where the strong are respected. So I decided to become a strong person. So from today onwards, I would cultivate seriously.

Tier 0 breakthrough Potion- It can make any ordinary person or any race suitable for cultivating. It helps in opening meridians.
