It was almost weekend, and there wasn't any customer, so sophia went to the supermarket to get some snacks then she went to the backyard to eat and rest.

Why do you always eat snacks sophia? Trish asked and the others turned obviously curious for her answer.

Nothing much I like light food and I don't feel comfortable eating road side food, so this is better.

Oh! Trish sighed, and didn't know what to say again, they always eat road side foods, because there's no time to prepare food most times, when they're much customers in the shop, they won't eat till 4 or 5, and homemade food won't be so nice to eat then.

They just secretly sneered, let's see how long, she'd continue with snacks.

Sophia didn't bother with them, with her head lower, she started reading the new episode of MHA's manga.

Then she heard someone say hello! And it was really loud, but she didn't raise her head, she didn't think the person was addressing her.

The person said it over and over and still didn't any response, so he motioned the other apprentice to tap sophia.

Trish was closer, so she tapped sophia, someone is calling you.

Sophia who was lost in the manga, was quickly drawn back to reality, she titled her head and looked at the direction that Trish pointed to.

Josh smiled and then waved, his joy was obvious. cuz his entire teeth could be seen.

Sophia gave an awkward smile and lowered her head to continue what she was reading.

Josh could obviously feel her lack of interest in him, so he checked his shop and confirmed that there was no customer, and then walked over.

The other apprentice decided to give way and also enjoy the show.

Sophia felt her sight get a bit dark, so she raised her head and saw the guy who waved some minutes ago before her, she raised an eyebrow.

Josh saw her reaction and knew that if he didn't play his cards well, he wasn't gonna make any progress.

Sophia secretly rolled her eyes and gave a stiff smile.

Josh was stunned, her voice was lovely, it was very tiny and a bit childish. Her eyes were pretty also his heart couldn't help but pound. He was so nervous, his palms got all sweaty and he couldn't help but stutter.

Sophia tried to keep a straight face but couldn't, she laughed so much that her face was flushed.

When Josh saw her smile, he finally lost all the nuts he had and just stood there, not uttering another word.

Felicia, alex and Trish were all speechless at Josh's newly developed ability to stutter, josh was never like this, they've never seen him in such a state before.

They couldn't hold their laughter either, but they tried to keep it down as quietly as they could.

Sophia's phone suddenly rang, she was already red as a result of laughter, she waved at Josh and walked away to take her call.

Even after she left, josh was still rooted to the spot, until his co-worker called out to him, he walked back to his shop in a daze, he was still thinking of her smile, and smiled sheepishly.

He looked around and finally came to his senses, he tapped his co-worker's shoulder, and then put his hand behind his back, life sure is beautiful! He said nodding.

She went back and josh was already gone, she rolled her eyes and sat down, her break was almost over.

Finally it was the weekend, sophia packed a few clothes and other necessities, put them in her bag pack and rushed to the shop.

She had being standing for so long watching the chief attend to a customer and her legs couldn't hold up any more, she looked around and all the chairs were occupied by customers, she just had to move back a bit and rest on the wall

Chief turned and saw sophia, by the wall. What are you doing there? Come closer, how can you see from there.

Oh! I'm very fine here chief, and don't worry I have a very good sight, I can see everything from here.

Everyone turned and started laughing, chief shook his head, this girl sure is lazy.

You'd have to get used to it sophia, build your stamina, cuz you're gonna stand a lot.

Sophia just gave a nod, but she relaxed on the wall for a while, before going to stand beside the chief again.
