Share my Nightmare

I have a recurrent sleep paralysis demon.

He is thin, tall, skin all black, long arms and legs, and shining white teeth and eyes, no nose.

I (July 17, 2021) had a dream where I forgot how to wake up. I was in a loop where I couldn't wake up and was being chased by that monster down my house, every time I would die I would wake up in my bed, get up, and looked below my bed to see him, he would chase me and kill me, and then j would wake up in my bed.

Someone had to wake me up so I could wake up.

The last dream I had with him was he telling me to wake up before I forgot how to...

I think I forgot how to wake up.

In that dream, I was in my home and that creature appeared through the halls when I was watching television and eating food.

The first time I've seen that creature was in one of my nightmares followed by Sleep Paralysis which caused me to vividly hallucinate him beside my bed when I was 12.

He is my sleep paralysis demon since then. Appearing in all my nightmares and some of my sleep paralysis sessions that I have had since I was 10. I don't know why he decided to kill me this time, he never tried that. He only scares me to wake up, maybe I didn't want to wake up and decided to sleep forever and he tried to wake me up by killing me in my dreams? I don't know.

I feel afraid and I don't want to look below my bed and realize I've been dreaming again.
