Emotions

Abel wakes up at the end of a long dimly lit hallway surrounded by a thick cloud of darkness.

"Have you had enough Abel" whispers a masked figure looming over his face, eyes glowing crimson red.

Abel spits in his face and tries to stand up while speaking in a low tone "You can't stop me with your fear, I'm not afraid of you or your idiotic terrorist group."

"Oh Abel, we aren't terrorists. We simply cannot sit back and watch as you and your friends run this city into the ground" he says as he grabs Abel by the neck and lifts him up above him. "Now how about we end our little chat here hmm?"

Abel's eyes start to glow a cyan color from just the pupils. "I didn't want to use my powers but i can't afford to die here."

He grabs the masked man's wrist tightly and his palms glow with the same cyan color. "It's only temporary but im gonna be taking your powers for a bit."

The masked man winces in pain as he feels his powers begin to leave his body leaving him emotionless. "What did you do to me Abel?"

"Don't worry about what i did, worry about what i'm going to do." Abel says as his eyes begin to now glow the same crimson color.

Abel then begins to morph and calls out to the man, "So this is what you fear the most? Pathetic for someone like yourself."

He finishes his morph into a twisted and ghoulish version of a king cobra. "Though i do see why your power makes it a little creepier" he laughs a bit as he lunges straight for the man taking a bite out of his left shoulder.

Instantly the man screams in agony as his arm falls off and blood starts gushing out in streams. No words come out of his mouth as he falls on the floor convulsing.

"Wow even the venom is real. this power isn't half bad" says Abel as he morphs back to human form and his eyes lose the crimson glow. "Too bad it was put to waste on an idiot like himself." 

Abel then walks through the hallway nearly reaching the exit before collapsing to fatigue.
