Chapter Ten: Her

It's been a month since Ryan joined Mika' s team.

After a month of staying with them, Ryan slowly became close with the others, except of Ezekiel.

"Ryan! Faster!", Agneus jokingly put his arm around Ryan' s shoulder.

Ryan laughed," You're heavy bro!"

Mika smiled like an idiot while watching Ryan and others get along except Ezekiel.

She glance at Ezekiel who is sitting at the rock while drinking water.

"Hi" , Mika said as she sat down beside Ezekiel.

Sigh," If you're trying to convince me to like him, no thank you"

She chuckled," Come on! Look how nice he is, Why do you hate him?"

" I hate him, because I hate him"

"You're so unreasonable", Mika murmured and left.

Ezekiel smirked," Yea I am"

EZEKIEL' s POV

" Yea I am", I murmured.

I watched her stand beside Ryan, smiling.

Sigh, I've never seen you smile that way before when you're with me.

Ryan showed Mika the sketch she left.

"Oh! It's with you all this time?", She chuckled.

He nodded," yea"

Mika laughed as they looked at the drawing," Hey, do you remember the time when you gave me this?", Mika asked, referring to the sketch she's holding.

"I--yeah"

RYAN's POV

"Hey, do you remember the time when you gave me this?"

"I--yeah", I don't.

She chuckled," It was winter HAHAHAH"

Winter? Where did we met?

" The skies knows how my heart freezes that moment, when we bid our last goodbyes", she said.

Winter?

" I gave you my ring", she continued, "its hanging on your necklace, ryan"

2 WEEKS BEFORE THE ACCIDENT

The doctor talked to his mother about his condition.

" Selective Amnesia?", his mom Xiayue weakly said.

The doctor nodded," He was traumatized, that's why he doesn't remember anything that happened one month before the accident"

Xiayue silently glance at 15 year old Ryan who is looking outside the Hospital window and sketchpad on his hands.

Ryan watches the rain outside from the window.

He looked at his reflection, and sees the ring hanging on his necklace.

He touched the ring," Mom"

" Yes, hon?*Chinese*"

Ryan looked at Xiayue," Who gave this to me?", he asked, referring to the ring hanging on his necklace.

" A girl"

" Mom, where is she?"

" I don't know.."

" I want to see her, I--", Ryan's head suddenly ache.

The doctor sighed, they watched Ryan sleeping on the bed.

"Mrs. Lim, I think its better if Ryan wouldn't know anything about the Europe trip", the doctor said.

"Why?"

Sighed," I could tell that, that Girl is very important to him, even though he lost his memories, I'm sure deep inside he's suffering, so if you tell him about the trip, I think, He'll do his best to find the girl"

" But it's a normal puppy love"

" I'm a man, I once loved someone that way, I can understand him better"
