Chapter Ninety Seven — Poisoned Bride

Emerald and Brian arrived back at the hotel when it was almost midnight and because of how tired she was, Emerald simply went straight to the bathroom, took a quick shower, and crashed on her side of the bed.

When she got out of the shower, the first thing she noticed was that Brian wasn't anywhere in the room, neither was he in the living room but because she was still tired from all the talking and the laughing she did all day, she couldn't keep her eyes open for much longer and before she knew what was happening, she had fallen asleep without getting to see Brian come back in.

When Brian got back to the room, he noticed that Emerald had already fallen asleep so he quietly took a shower and climb into the bed, not wanting to disturb her since he could already tell from earlier that she was extremely tired.
