I wiped the mist off the mirror. And let my hair loose. I don't know how Yu Qin Tian finds his way to crawl up my nerves. I know he is new boss. His fingers are itching for power but this is not the right way.

If he tries to act snobbishly, he'll get the punch of his life.

Lathering up my hair with my favorite shampoo. I pull my hair hard in frustration. "You should be lucky he is not like the husbands you always read in romantic novels." My subconsciousness reminded.

Not going to lie, I always feel like those female leads suffer from Stockholm Syndrome. How can a female put up with abuse in the name of love?

My phone rang. It was one of my girls. "Luis is here." A single sentence never made me end shower so quickly.

"Keep him occupied. And don't let any Qin Tian's men enter unless and until I tell you." I told her.

I choose to wear a low-cut dress and remove my wedding ring. He has no idea I'm married.

These stilettos are perfect. I grab my car keys as shut my door with a bang.

Yu Qin Tian is nowhere to be seen; this is a good sign. I redial the number as I wear my Bluetooth ear piece. "I'm arriving soon. Ask about the advance money. And show him the trial package. Keep a gun close by though." I kept ordering him.

I arrive at my club as fast as lightening. The bouncers recognize me and let me in. Without looking I hop downstairs.

Luis was waiting in my office. "Luis Mendez, it's good to meet you again." I try my best in English. "Li Xiao Dan or what do I call you Daisy Li… yes Daisy Li." He self-affirmed himself. "Has anybody told you, that you look beautiful today?" He slowly tried to hold me by my waist. I cleared my throat. Suddenly he slides his hand into the pocket of his dress pants.

"Mr. Mendez, let's get down to business, shall we?" I guide him to the armchair as I sit on the other side. The only thing that is separating us is my hardwood desk. "My condolences to Mr. Li, we are glad that we could do business with him."

"Indeed, my father was a great person. But even after him passing rules will not change." I told.

"Ah, Daisy you are not in mood for jokes today, I see." He chuckled. "Mr. Mendez, you are familiar with me from a long time. You should remember I don't like jokes in business hours."

"Sure, mi senorita."

How could I forget he is Spanish? He raked his hair through his fingers. "So, as I was telling it's 50 kg worth of raw products."

"And how much do you want for them." He crossed his arms and bent on the desk. "dos mil dólares per kg." I told him. "Are you serious?" He tried to laugh it off. "I see you don't need the product then…"

"It's not like that, but try to understand."

"This is the least I'm demanding, after all you come by yourself to see the product by yourself rather than sending someone."

"As if you have got higher offers…" He raked his hair. After my father's death he has become more annoying. I swear to God if he takes the place of next boss rather than his older brother, the mafia will perish.

"You are not serious." He yells out of nowhere.

"Sir please lower your voice." Lu Si reminds him. "You don't get to order me." He points his gun at her. I immediately take my gun out.

"I shall remind you; you don't want any bad outcomes. So, keep you gun down." I growl.

Lu Si is well trained in combat. "You should leave and lock the behind, inform my chauffer if I don't come out in 15 minutes." I told her. She quietly leaves.

"So, are we good or not?" I ask him. "Well, sorry Daisy. I lost my cool." "I hope this doesn't happen again. After we are business partners from a long time, and I don't want Mr. Mendez to be disappointed with you." I stretch myself.

He tries to grab my shoulder. I grip on his wrist and twist it. He winces. "I haven't even started on talking about trafficking business on my ground." I bark.

He fumbles to take out his gun. I point my gun again at him.

"This is the last warning. Buy your shit and leave."

I was in my inner office when I get an unknown call. "Luis and Ms. Li are at office."

I remember his family has been partners with Li family for a long time. His family is quite sophisticated except him. Him alone with my wife is a bad idea.

"Ms. Li already had pointed gun at him."

Those last words made me drive 12 times the speed limit. But by the time I reached she was alone. She was wearing almost revealing dress.

"What are you wearing?" I asked in most stern way. She pointed me to stay quiet as she revealed her Bluetooth earphone.

"If this happened again, I'm sorry I'll have to cease the partnership." "It's okay, I know he is immature. I think yes… Raul is better. Yeah, sure."

She was speaking perfect English. "Adios."

"It was Javier Mendez." She told.

"I heard Luis was here."

"Hmm… and?"

"You almost blew his head up."

She starts laughing. "Even Javier told, he is useless. By the way Raul would replace him." She took out two bottles of Korean soju from her office fridge.

She cracked her joints as she took her seat again. "You should go back to the office soon. Sorry for disturbing you."

"You look like you need shoulder massage." I say quietly. "Will you give me shoulder massage?" She asked me. I almost choked on my liquor.

"Yeah, sure."
